Staff were good. Unfortunately bed was very uncomfortable, significant outside noise experienced on level 3 at all hours, not sure if would have been less on a higher floor.

Pool and spa were great. Lovely apartment and beautiful patio to sit and watch the world from. Tram across the road and tons of stores nearby.

Every year I have a mum-staycation at a hotel in Broadbeach. This year I tried Synergy for the first time and I could have not been happier with my room and it's views! I had mountain and ocean views and the room felt very cozy. Sharon at reception was very friendly & helpful. The only downside was the pool did not get a lot of sun and it was very windy so decided to dip into the hot tub instead.

Great spa and pool. Clean room. Nice bathrooms and full kitchen. Secure parking. We arrived after hours which was a simple to get our keys, but some check-in info did not get conveyed to us. Starter cleaning supplies (sponge/towel & soap and dishwasher soap) should be provided if we are meant to clean kitchen before departing. Excellent location. Close to shops, dining, and transportation. Overall good stay. Would stay again.

The two bedroom apartment on a high floor was in great condition with everything that was promised, it even had detergent for the washing machine. We were impressed by the "magnesium" swimming pool on site. I forgot to say, it was clean and value for money.

It's at an ideal location near the Broadbeach North tram and a short walk to pacific fair shopping centre.

Staff were friendly and professional. Our after hours check-in was no problem.

If there was a negative it's the hold of a couple of hundred on the credit card for the bond that may take some time to clear, but that's not unusual.

Staying at Synergy Broadbeach for about the 4th time and once again had a great time. The only downside was they had the window washers in and we could not use the pool until 3pm. Ordered a 2 bedroom ocean view room, which we got and on the 24th floor. The pleasent surprise was, we got an extra bedroom (sort of) which came in handy so my Mum did not have to share a room with my Daughter. The extra room however has no door and pretty much connected to the kitchen, but still was great to have that extra option.

I like the fact it was close walking to beach dinning trams and shopping centre.

Room was very dirty, plates and cups were still dirty in the cupboard. Shower in the 2nd bathroom leaked badly. No face washers provided. Stains on coffee table and curtains.
Staff were very attentive in fixing the problems

Lovely magnesium heated pool. Hot jacuzzi with great bubbles. Plenty of onsite secure parking.
Lovely 2BR apartment with plenty of amenities and well equipped. Excellent condition. Whole building is well looked after.
Location is perfect. 2 min walk to all the best of Broadbeach.
