Pros:

We definitely recommend this place! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect to visit the city. The hotel is in the old part of the city, but close to the river and the new part. Plenty of restaurants, cafés nearby, and also a supermarket open until late in the night. The room was comfortable, clean and large.

Pros:

Brown hotel is a clean hotel in a quit part of the "old' part of Astana. the beds are comfy and i loved the shower. We had a little misunderstanding the first day with our rooms, but solved quickly by the hotel staff with an apology and even freshly baked Baursak.

Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno, comida típica y muy bien preparada. La habitación tenía todo lo que uno necesita y el personal tiene muy buena disposición

Cons:

El salón del desayuno es un poco desolador; al parecer, también lo usan para guardar algunas cosas. La ubicación no es mala, pero al no estar en el centro donde están las mayores atracciones, hace que sea un poco más costoso recorrer la ciudad

Pros:

Расположение отличное, в центре города при этом тихий район, проспект Республики, Набережная в шаговой доступности.
Завтрак мы не брали. Зато пользователь услугой такси - быстро и недорого.
Персонал отзывчивый, отдельное спасибо Зинаиде!
Номера чистые, свежие, приятный дизайн.
Рекомендую.
