Pros:

Klasyczny pokój hotelowy, w którym wszystko było jak należy. Schludnie, czysta pościel, czysta łazienka. Lokalizacja hotelu dobra. W pobliżu duży sklep SPAR i fajna restauracja.

Cons:

Pani z Recepcji mogłaby polubić swoją pracę.
Duży minus za to, że nie można było się zameldować przed oficjalnym rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej mimo, że pokoje były puste. Można było, ale za dodatkową wysoką opłatą - bez sensu !

Günstige Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Frühstück und freundlichen Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Betten außerordentlich bequem. Das Frühstück wird frisch gemacht und ist besonders gut. Wir haben einen Early Check In und einen Late Check Out um einen jeweils günstigen Fixpreis erhalten. Die Lage ist zwar im Zentrum der Altstadt von Astana, die Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich aber alle mindestens 5 bis 6 Kilometer entfernt. Mit der Taxi-App Yandex Go ist das aber kein Problem.
Die Mitarbeiter sprechen teilweise Englisch und sind sehr freundlich. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut!

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil wir in der Altstadt wohnen wollten. In Astana gibt es aber keine "Altstadt".

Good place for a short stay
Pros:

Room and hotel was clean, in the older part of the city, but close to Central Apark. What is the most important, wi-fi worked properly and I could have online meetings. Maybe breakfast could vary a bit.
