Pros:

Leuk dorp op korte afstand van de snelweg. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en als verrassing kregen we belegde broodjes mee voor onderweg. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

L emplacement, le calme, le petit déjeuner assez complet, il manquait seulement des yaourts.

Pas pu récupérer les clés via un code et une boîte a clé 🔑
Le numéro communiqué sur la porte ne répondait pas
(4 appels) j ai du contacter la plateforme booking qui a été tres réactive .. et qui a solutionnr le problème ..🙏🙏

Super séjour...Recommande vivement !
Pros:

Super accueil et disponibilité de la part du staff. Pour notre séjour, ils ont été super flexibles, en mettant à disposition la chambre que nous souhaitons (sur demande au préalable). Bon petit-déjeuner, très varié.
Aussi, la localisation de l'hotel est top, très proche des thermes, à 5 minutes à pied seulement. Je recommande vivement !

Cons:

Tout était au top. Le petit-dejeuner était très bon malgré le fait qu'ils manquaient des viennoiseries. Par contre, la variété était bien (du sucré et salé tout de même).

Sehr sehr schlecht!!!!

Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus!

Die Liste währe lang...
Bei der Ankunft niemand da, die Kurtaxe wurde sofort von irgendeinem Mitarbeiter eingezogen (Gästekarte bekamen wir 24h später nur unter Druck und ich musste sie noch selber drucken weil der Angestellte keine Ahnung hatte). Zimmer miserabel (Haben kurz nach der Anreise Zimmer gewechselt weil es schmutzig war). Nach zwei Nächten nie eine Putzfrau gesehen (Es war immer der gleiche Mittarbeiter vor Ort). Im Zimmer überal Spuren von den Vorgängern, Staub,Spinnweben usw... Frühstück sehr überschaubar und Kaffe sehr hässlich. Die Sauna war auch defekt)
Bei allen Fragen wurden wir vertröstet...Zum Glück sah ich erst bei der Abreise das es im Flur Motten an der Wand hatte.
Nie wieder und ich empfehle das Hotel absolut nicht! Keine Ahnung woher die guten Bewertungen kommen!

Für den Preis kann man hier absteigen, aber in Zukunft wohl eher nicht mehr.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ganz ok.
Zimmer war auch soweit in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hat uns nicht gefallen. Es ist sehr in die "Jahre" gekommen.
Der Fernseher hat nur halbwegs funktioniert.
Es war selten eine Ansprechperson da.
Der Balkon zum Zimmer 11 war sehr schmutzig.

Sauberes Hotel, aber kein Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber, es war im Zimmer alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nur die Fenster könnte man nicht verdunkeln. Es liegt sehr zentral in Badenweiler, sodass man das Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Cons:

Den Schlüssel bekam ich über einen Schlüsseltresor, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Das ist ja völlig ok. Die beiden (vermutlich) Zimmermädchen sprachen weder deutsch noch englisch.
Ich könnte ihnen also nicht sagen, das ich den Schlüssel gefunden habe und alles OK ist
Frühstück sollte es von 8-10 geben.
Ich ging um 8:40 Richtung Restaurant. Die Rezeption war auch da nicht besetzt. Das Restaurant war leer, kein Gast, kein Personal. Es war kein Frühstück aufgebaut, keine Kaffeemaschine eingeschaltet. Das Personal weder über die bei Booking angegeben Nummer erreichbar noch über die an der Rezeption angeschriebene. So bin ich dann ohne Frühstück gegangen.
