Pros:

Very clean, up to Hyatt's international standards. Room service was reasonably efficient, but the food was average. All the staff are helpful.

Cons:

No neck support pillows were available.

The location was dark and lonely at night, friends driving back from meeting us were concerned.

Surprisingly, there is no direct thoroughfare between the adjacent mall and the hotel.
