I enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. The property was very clean, well maintained, and the amenities made the stay comfortable. The location and overall service quality made the experience very pleasant.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything major that I disliked. Just a few minor delays in service during busy times, but nothing that affected the overall experience.

Very expensive room tariff. Lately too much.
I had patronized stay of mine and my other colleagues, business associates whom I got to this hotel as patronized one. Hotel front desk and sales executives know about.
I find other hotels for my needs can offer better rates for comparably services.

We did this spontaneously while visiting friends. We were overwhelmed by everything friendly staff met all our needs. Shopping centre next door a must to visit.

My stay was nothing short of exceptional. Had a great time.
Pros:

I loved the warmth atmosphere the staff members radiated. They made me feel welcome very quickly. I loved the urgency of room service as well. I was feeling cold and they were able to provide me with a heater for the whole duration of my stay.

Cons:

Everything was amazing but I do wish they had more English channels on the tv. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
