Pros:

The breakfast and dinner was good. The hotel was good and so was the staff.

Cons:

The bathroom sliding door wasn’t moving properly. I got locked in and had to really struggle to open the door. Was very scary and there was no way for me to call for help.

Good place overall. Might visit again.
Pros:

This hotel is within the complex of the biggest mall of Chandigarh, the Elante mall. Our selected room was "Elante View" and it was that. Room size was comfortable. Service and staff were professional and polite. There is a shortcut to go to the Mall from the hotel and we used that often.

Cons:

The room air conditioning does not go above 24C, which when compared to 43C outside, was extremely chilly and almost uncomfortable.
The Hotel has a great big outdoor swimming pool on first floor, but its timings are 8am to 8pm, which in peak summer days is useless unless someone wants a good tan.

Average, they need to work on room hygiene
Pros:

Good location, nice breakfast

Cons:

1. Rooms are not cleaned throughly. Found enough hair in the bed to declare it dirty.
2. In room cuttlery was dirty that when I cleaned it up and then pour coke, it still managed to gargle up some dirt.
