There needs to be clear communication and guidance if you arrive on an international flight and need to stay at the hotel on how to get access to the hotel. I was routed through customs and out to arrival only to find out that the hotel was inside the terminal. I could not access my room, had to pay the full price and had to find another hotel late at night.

Great property within GRU transit area that is convenient for a short rest. There is quite a walk if your flight departs from Terminal 2 gate area because gate assignments are not known until a fews hours prior to departure

Perfect option for an international overnight transfer, so much easier than leaving the airport, could get up an hour before my flight left. Take heed of all the warning that you must have boarding pass and no bags to pick up

Be Warn. I booked the hotel thinking it was a good choice but no. The Hotel is in the Departure area of airport but if you can't go there, you'll miss your check-in date. I couldn't go to departures cause I needed a barding pass to get through security but the airline wouldn't give it to me. So, I missed my check-in date and had to get a Hotel outside the airport. And after repited fail attempts to contact the property, I don't know if they are going to charge me for the booking.
