Недавно останавливались с девушкой в Rahat Palace Hotel на 14 февраля — остались в полном восторге!

Отель действительно высокого уровня. Особенно хочется отметить шикарный SPA-комплекс — всё чисто, атмосферно и очень расслабляюще. После посещения чувствуешь себя полностью обновлённым.

Номер приятно удивил современной «умной» системой управления — всё продумано до мелочей, удобно и технологично. Видно, что отель идёт в ногу со временем.

Отдельное спасибо персоналу — все заявки выполнялись оперативно и без задержек. Сервис на высоте, сотрудники вежливые и внимательные.

Завтрак — отдельная похвала! Очень большой выбор блюд на любой вкус, действительно очень вкусно. Приятно начинать утро с такого разнообразия и качества.

И особенно приятно было получить комплимент от отеля — моей девушке подарили шарик в честь 14 февраля. Такой жест создаёт особенное настроение и показывает заботу о гостях.

The newly renovated Superior room is truly exceptional!

I stayed in the Superior King Room for a week, and it turned out to be one of my best hotel experiences anywhere. The room is newly renovated, impeccably clean, and equipped with a balcony and a modern digital control panel — perfect for anyone who loves newly-built, tech-forward spaces.

Rahat is an excellent choice for international guests visiting Almaty for business. I was especially impressed by the hotel’s incredibly efficient room service: online orders consistently arrived within 20–30 minutes, with a wide range of cuisine options, including healthy and fitness‑focused meals. The reception team was equally reliable, helping with everything from booking taxis to securing restaurant reservations.

This was my 4th stay at Rahat — and I even extended my stay by another week because I enjoyed it so much. I’m truly grateful for Rahat’s exceptional hospitality!

Cons:

Everything exceeded my expectations and I'm enjoying my extended stay. It would be even more perfect if there was a Japanese restaurant at Rahat, but I know that this is just my personal wish 😆

Всё отлично! Прекрасная команда персонала, улыбающиеся сотрудницы ресепшион. Предложили реновированный номер. Все мелочи есть. Кровать, подушки - прекрасны, что легко проспать будильники. Из забавного: при входе в номер после вставления карты в ячейку, женский голос из ванной приветствует. Внезапно, как буд то кто-то ждет там 😁
Спа супер. Обновленный. Бассейн, джакузи, сауна, пальмы - всё превосходно. Хорошие завтраки. С удовольствием вернусь снова.

Pros:

Мне все очень понравилось, хоть отель не новый. Номер просторный, со свежим ремонтом, стильный минимализм. Мы были с мамой, отдохнули душой и телом. Ходили в спа, в бассейне искупались, косточки погрели в сауне. Спасибо персоналу отеля что сделали наш однодневный отдых приятным
