Have stayed several times over the past few months this year, last time in May and have always been impressed with the accommodation and the facilities, some of which are currently being further upgraded. But most of all the staff, from the friendly welcome of the doormen outside, the reception staff, including Assem, Intizar and Nurzhar. In the restaurants, always smiling and helpful are Renat, Ualikhan, Alina, Ainurd and Dilya. The wonderful chefs, Arailym and Anzhela - I definitely like their tasty breakfast omelettes to start the day! And ever helpful cleaner Urkul. There are many more staff members of course and I apologise if I've forgotten names. Even though I'm sure they are often very busy, I have found the staff respond promptly and professionally. It has always been a joy to stay at the Rahat Palace. Best wishes to all.

Small sauna rooms and not good facilities for SPA. Very small and uncomfortable

Not sure why but I didn’t get any room cleaning service during my stay - it was fine since my stay was short, however had it been longer, it would have been a problem…
Only location
It smells really bad, not just a little, but super bad. We asked to switch rooms, but the other one didn't smell good either. I think the hotel is just too old. And at 3 PM, when we were supposed to check in, the rooms weren't even ready.
