Великолепный отель : услуги, комфорт, местоположение - все 100 баллов!
Pros:

На респешн при заселении сделали апгрейд номера- заселили в улучшенный, после ремонта. Шикарная мебель, кровать, вид на горы!!! Утром был отличный завтрак-шведский стол. Также посетили великолепный спа-центр

Cons:

В отеле шёл ремонт и немного напрягал шум дрели. Но насчёт ремонта предупредили заранее , при бронировании))

Отель разочаровал по нескольким причинам.

Номер был грязный: пыль, пятна на поверхностях, неприятный запах.

Сервис слабый: персонал не реагирует оперативно, просьбы игнорируются.
Заселение затянуто, организация на ресепшене хаотичная.
Заявленные удобства не соответствуют реальности.
Соотношение цена/качество плохое — ожидания не оправданы.
Не рекомендую!
