Mucho que desear en la atención al cliente en NAIF

La atencion del personal. No nos avisaron que el desayuno terminaba a las 10 y no nos dieron opciones a pesar de tener una cafeteria en la entrada que por cierto es incomodo que la entrada sea entre todas las mesas de la cafeteria. Ademas se nos cayo un vaso muy sencillo (cuesta Q 10 en el super) y nos cobraron Q. 50 . Antes habiamos ido en varias ocasiones y nos gustaba mucho pero ahora muy mal

Clean and quiet room in the heart of Antigua
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was A/C, storage, complimentary items in the bathroom. The location was perfectly located in the heart of Antigua. Staff were friendly. Loved that there was a water dispenser in the room!

Cons:

My room was ready when I arrived but I was told I would have to pay 10 dollars to access it as it was 2pm and check in is at 3pm - if the room is ready it doesn't seem fair to have to pay for early check in for only one hour.
I also had an email saying I had 2 free drinks and when I went to claim them I was told it was for check in day only which it does not state on the email.

Rooms have basic amenities. Location is close to the city center. Staff is prompt.

Cons:

Although hotel handles the payment, they quote price in USD instead of Guatemala Quetzal. They charge credit card in Guatemala Quetzal and the amount is determined by converting USD to Guatemala Quetzal at a premium. The premium in our case was around 4.5%.

Pros:

The garden was beautiful and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The showers often went cold and were never hot (only luke warm), the toilets often did not have enough water to flush, and we encountered bedbugs during our stay :( the hotel did respond quickly to get us a new room and to get an exterminator, but overall a very disappointing stay.

Breakfast was excellent! Room comfortable, although we were expecting a queen bed and got two full size beds not big enough for a couple to sleep in one of them.

Cons:

No safe to secure valuables. Bed configuration for a couple not what we requested or thought we were getting.

El personal muy amable.
Ubicación céntrica a pocos minutos del Parque Central y del Arco Santa Catalina, así como tiendas y restaurantes.
Todo a walking distance.
Incluyen desayuno a la carta, muy rico. Varias opciones a elegir. También incluyen dos bebidas de bienvenida para cada huésped.
Las instalaciones súper cómodas.

Cons:

Si tuviese que destacar algo, sería mayor atención a los drenajes del baño, para que en la ducha fluya mejor.

Las fotos muestran el hotel pero no te muestran que tenes que entrar por un restaurante primero. La habitación se miraba un poco descuidada y como no tiene aire acondicionado hay que abrir las ventanas y hay mucho ruido de noche
