Ubicación y el personal de recepción
Nos cobraron una manchita de una toalla que además estaba viejísima, Tambien nos cobraron un tapete pequeño que no aporta nada a la habitación, solo una excusa para cobrar extra y finalmente el parqueo es un dolor esta lejos y el proceso de entrar y salir con maletas es tedioso, más si se llega con niños pequeños.
Lo más que nos gustó, fue que todo fue demasiado lindo, accesible y excelente en todos los aspectos.

Good location and had parking available
Our room for without knowledge was right next to the kitchen and just a few meters next to the street and right up front an eating space so you could hear everybody, the kitchen and the restaraunt were loud and it felt weird to be slepping with people right outside, at least for the price of a full room

The staff were friendly and kind. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the facilities, and breakfast in the restaurant was one of our favorite meals during our stay in Guatemala.
We truly were impressed with our place, and we would definitely stay there again, but the bottom floor walls did let in quite a bit of noise. Our second night, we were in an upstairs room, which was remarkably quieter.

The location was excellent, near the Central Park and the markets. The room was quiet and was well-maintained. The hotel restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The staff was helpful and kind to the kids.
The room was warm. It had a nice fan but the windows were not barred so it felt uncomfortable to leave the windows open in order to cool the room. The bed was a little small for two people (however, it was not advertised to be large, so that's on me.
