Bel hôtel qui mériterait un rajeunissement dans ses équipements (éclairage et salle de bain).
Pros:

Bien situé, cet ancien bâtiment colonial ne manque pas de charme.

Cons:

Chambres très sombres, éclairage insuffisant. Salle de bain minimaliste pour le prix.

Great experience at Naif Hotel
Pros:

Enjoyed staying at Naif Hotel. Helpful staff. Loved the courtyard, morning coffee at 6am and views of the Fuego Volcano. Sit down breakfast is included and got up early on morning and a box breakfast was ready. Quiet nights compared to other hotels downtown near the park and arch.

Good....BUT....
Pros:

Good location, nice backyard garden and second floor view, clean rooms....BUT...receptionists could be more welcoming and when we arrived in the evening they obviously didn't have the room we had paid for through Booking.com. We ended in a small room in front of the noisy reception and cafeteria and had to move the next day in our room without receiving any apologies not to say deduction. We didn't get as well the welcome drink offered in our reservation.

Breakfast was included for 14 $ but as for the coffee we only could have one small coffee with milk and were charged for the additional milk for the next one! Omelet had cheese, but for scrambled eggs you have to pay extra for the cheese! Never experienced that in any hotel in the world!
In short, overpriced for the given service.

Great hotel in a great location in center of Antigua.
Pros:

Helpful and responsive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful quiet courtyard for sitting. Excellent coffee in the morning.

Cons:

Just to be aware that external rooms receive some street noise, so if that is important for you, request a downstairs room on the courtyard.

Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at the Naif Hotel. It’s spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, and a beautiful courtyard. The restaurant is excellent as well.

Cons:

I do like a coffee station in the room. If not in the room, a coffee station in the courtyard.
