Excellent at this price point.
Pros:

Helpful staff. Readily available.
Proximity to fallen leaf lake, restaurants, shopping, bike trails, beaches.
Pet friendly. Roomy rooms for pets and recreation equipment. Plenty of places to sit inside and out.

Cons:

Shower handle was loose and hard to operate. Room 206
Bathroom sink caulking is coming loose.

Location is convenient.

Cons:

Everything is very-cheap-motel–quality. The pictures don’t really do it justice. There were quite a few broken things, but my biggest concern was that the entrance door latch was broken and the door couldn’t be locked. When I mentioned it to the manager, the response was, “Just slam it a couple of times and eventually it’ll lock.”😁
I was offered a discount though, BUT was actually charged the full amount.🙂
The property is also located right next to a busy fast-food burger restaurant, so the strong cooking odors are included. And in our case, there were also people smoking right outside our bedroom (not really the hotel’s fault, I know, but still worth mentioning).
Overall, it feels quite overpriced for what you get.

Pros:

Big trees right outside the door & near the trail. Responsive and friendly staff who gave me a new room when I pointed out all the many broken & maintenance issues in my first room.

Cons:

First room was in poor shape.

Pros:

The hot water in the bathroom sink was anything but hot. Luke warm at best. Hot water in kitchen sink and bathroom had to be turned on for a good 7-10 minutes before getting hot. Also the Wifi was very "spotty".

Good, potentially great!
Pros:

The room was clean, and the mana was amazing! The only complaint we have was that the shower knob came off, and the water pressure and temperature was dependent on the other rooms! Good stay, with the potential to be amazing!!!

LOVE IT!
Pros:

By far one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Lake Tahoe! What made it even more convenient was the fact that we had a stovetop so we saved so much money on going out to eat! Staff was very friendly and so was the front desk manager! I would definitely recommend staying here again!!!

Convenient location and comfortable stay in South Lake Tahoe.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. Location is very ideal with short drive to South Lake Tahoe sites and restaurants. Very helpful to have a small kitchenette. Unit is modestly renovated.

Cons:

Bathroom and shower is very small and tight and need some updating.

Pros:

Tall beautiful trees outside our window! Being able to sit in comfortable chairs outside our room and enjoy. Thank you!
Public beach close by - would be nice to get the swimming pool fixed though... I know, it's costly, but for some of us "Oldies" Lake Tahoe is a bit chilly. But no complaints, many thanks!
