Pros:

La ubicación está bien. De fácil acceso y aparcamiento. Hay transporte muy cerca que te lleva al casco histórico. Aunque también se puede ir dando un paseo de 15 o 20 minutos

Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento. No pudimos ducharnos con agua caliente, a -3°, y no había personal para solucionar el problema. La limpieza es mejorable.

Nos gustó todo, la habitación perfecta, nueva, muy limpia y cómoda. Y Flora un encanto de persona, muy atenta y servicial,nos hemos sentido como en casa, darle las gracias de corazón. Sin duda repetiremos.

Volvería sin duda
Pros:

Muy limpio y agradable.Buena relación calidad precio.Un detalle que me gustó bastante fue que cuando entramos a la habitación nos habían puesto la calefacción y se agradece ya que hacía bastante frío fuera.La chica de recepción super amable.

Pros:

La ubicación. Estaba cerca de la estación de autobuses, donde deja el autobús del AVE y también puedes cogerlo. Además, dando un paseo tranquilo llegas rápidamente al centro de la ciudad. Quizás el casco histórico queda un poco más lejos, pero Cuenca no es excesivamente grande y tiene autobuses.

Cons:

Esperaba una habitación más cuidada, no obstante, estuvimos cómodos y disfrutamos del viaje. Seguro que lo tendrán en cuenta en el Hotel.

La amabilidad del personal, el calorcito en la habitacion y la limpieza.El agua caliente.
La zona tiene comercio, restaurantes. Hay una tienda pequeña cerca de la estacion de autobuses que tienen productos tipicos, queso, miel y buen pan. Al lado estan los autobuses que llevan al centro.

Cons:

La ubicacion no es tan buena, no esta cerca del casco historico, andando mas de media hora. Recomiendo coger buses, taxi o coche pero en el casco es dificil de aparcar.
Las paredes son de papel, se escuchs todo.
