mattress very uncomfortable, milk for cerial was sour, no head chef for breakfast, so no full English served, which we payed for. only 1 staff serving everyone.
I arrived shattered after a long and tortuous journey from Mid Wales and was warmly welcomed by Josh who was very helpful.
