Great stopover
Pros:

Our rooms on the first floor were very clean, spacious and modern. Although described as “accessible” you had to climb a couple of steps to access them which may be an issue for some. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Great value for money and would certainly recommend, especially if you’re visiting the Landschaft Park at Duisburg Nord, 20 mins drive away

a new owner and a really good hotel with good location. Town is perfect for electric wheelchair user
Pros:

The hotel changed to a new owner when we arrived, therefore they had a limited choice for dinner. But this was not a problem. The new owner and his staff were really nice and helpful and they even had Nuernberger sausages.

Nothing really, it was muych more than we expected

Superb hotel, bike friendly
Pros:

My biggest concern was bike accommodations as I was traveling solo by bicycle with a trailer. They were able to 100% accommodate securely and that eased my anxiety. The breakfast was superb. Room was very comfortable. I would book this hotel again. I can see why it was so highly rated.

Eigentlich alles so wie wir es gewohnt sind. Jedoch gibt es im Badezimmer z.b. starke Verkalkungen am Waschbecken und am Duschkopf an der Decke. Die Abdeckung am Duschschlauch ist nicht mehr fest und löst sich ständig von der Wand, das nervt. Können das Haus grundsätzlich empfehlen, hoffe jedoch, das sich der Zustand wieder bessert
