La posizione è fantastica, è ben collegata con i bus che partono dalla stazione, ci sono vicini molti servizi e il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto cordiale e disponibile!

Cons:

Il bidet era otturato e quindi non utilizzabile, la cucina purtroppo non aveva né un tagliere né un coltello per poter cucinare qualsiasi cosa non fosse pasta (il sale dovete portarlo) e purtroppo il letto matrimoniale sono due letti singoli che separandosi ci hanno portato a dormire in un buco

Pros:

Warmest welcome we had for a long time. Michele is the best. Great recommandations for local cuisine and very helpful.
The apartment is okay. Clean and everything works. It is not the most modern but it works fine and fitted our needs. The pricing was very good.
We would definately stay here again if returned to parma.

a good price quality room close to the city centre of Parma !
Pros:

a good quality price apartment
10 min walk from the city centre
parking space for the car ( some parking spaces can be protected by the shadow of the building)
nice staff at arrival

Cons:

we were on the main road side and it was noisy ( the window was not properly closing which did not help )

Nice Home Base for a Few Days!
Pros:

This was one of the most reasonably priced accommodations we found in Parma (priced well below other three star hotels). Plus, it had the added bonus of a working kitchen with all the equipment to make meals. Fabulous!
The staff were kind and very helpful. And, after three weeks traveling through Italy I was thrilled they had a washing machine for doing laundry. Again, an extra bonus.
The balconies were large and while the views were nothing to write home about they were still nice. The included parking was also handy. The walk to the old part of town took about 15 minutes but it was fine...and we did not have to worry about the restricted traffic zones.
All in all, a great home base...a good place to recharge your batteries!
