Better get ear plugs
Pros:

-swimming pool on the rooftop
-free coffee from coffee machine, tea, drinking water, snacks
-helpful staff
-hair dryer, bathroom accessories
-fitness room on the rooftop

Cons:

-cockroaches :(
-room with doors inside which are connecting to other room make really uncomfortable, specially if you travel alone
-noises from rooms next to yours, you can hear everything and what's other person does, even if he's in the bathroom peeing
-loud parties in the neighborhood
-sometimes was bad smell from bathroom but I know it's common here

It is good and safe place to stay. When for any question you can say it was good.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was good - next to the grocery, a few restaurants, a barber shop, and massage shops. Facilities are good. They do have 24/7 security at reception, so you are safe. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The price for the distant hotel was a little high. It is 20 min walk to the beach. Also, I had multiple troubles with wi fi, sometimes I could not use it at all.

Pros:

The biggest problem is WIFI. There's no WIFI in the room. Had to stay at the lobby or restaurant to use WIFI. They changed our room on the second day to get better connection. It didn't last long. We had to get SIM cards with Internet. The staff did their best trying to solve the problem, but there's nothing they could do.
One highlight is the 24-hour free coffee and beverage with cookies at the lobby even though I am not a coffee drinker. The water dispensers on each floor is also a plus for environment.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля. До центра развлечений 10 мин пешком. Отель обновлен, но есть НО. В целом сделан не плохо. Перед отелем есть буддийский храм который стоит посетить. В отеле есть кофемашина и разные печеньки.

Cons:

Разводы на зеркалах и телевизоре, т.к. для чистки используют не средство для стёкол.
В туалете пахнет канализацией и это распространяется на весь номер. Хоть отель и стоит не на самой большой улице но мопеды которые здесь ездят по ночам они всегда дают спать.
Нет принадлежностей для чистки зубов.

Am Abreisetag war eine Betriebsfeier und wir sollten den Check-out um 1 bis 1,5 Stunden verschieben. Hier hat man wohl vergessen von wem man lebt.
