Great locations, fantastic and auper friendly staff. Breakfast was locla food and great, with a american option. Good happy hours in the bar.

We stayed at Boracay Haven Suites back in 2016 when they were still fairly new, almost 10 years later the place is still great. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast options, close walk to the beach, and Station 2 restaurants. Their bar had 2 drinks for 250 pesos from 10am -10pm . Was pleasantly surprised the morning of my birthday, when the staff sang "Happy birthday", and brought me a small cake. It was the highlight of our stay! Thanks Boracay Haven Suites!!

Everything in this facility are superb. If i wll go back to Boracay. i will sirely stay in this Hotel. Thanks everyone for your help and assistance.

The staff at this property was so sweet! The room we had was so comfy with great AC. The check in process was so smooth. 2 min walk to White beach which was so convenient. Checking out we had to leave early for our flight so they packed us sandwiches, fruit, and water bottles for us - they weee so accommodating. I will recommend this to our friends to visit Boracay!

The service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Nice rooms; pool is decent, etc.
Though this isn't a beach front hotel, the location is great over all. Short walk to the beach, d mall, restaurants, stores, etc.

Staffs were nice and helpful! D mall was a 3-5 min walk. The walk to the beach was dark and a little sketch but it was a quick 3-5 min walk as well. I would definitely stay here again though. Nice and convenient to everywhere we wanted to get to.

My only real complaint was the quality of the internet service which was very spotty, weak and definitely not good enough if you have any work that you need done in a timely manner. I work remotely and was very upset at the internet quality and was unable to do what I needed to do to finish work while using their internet service

The hotel is great a bit far for my senior parents to walk to the beach. Plus the path to walk to the beach is very dark at night and it’s an unpaved road with motorcycles on the same road. Not people safe.

My 3rd time visit to Boracay when visiting the Philippines, I liked it then and still have a great experience

Great customer service! Quick early check in with a free room upgrade! Super close to D Mall and plenty of restaurants around. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Great staff! Always friendly and helpful. Not a huge fancy hotel, but the staff and location makes ideal. Don't get me wrong, its a very nice hotel and about a block of the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Very basic: bed, washroom, fridge.
Our room balcony faced a karaoke bar open until 10pm. Very noisy.

Haven suites are clean, staff are accommodating and was honest to return the gadget we forgot in the room when we checked out, breakfast is great! It’s kind of a bummer to walk through a construction alley to go to the beach.
