Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!
Pros:

In einem ruhigeren Viertel, aber viele schöne Lokale nicht weit entfernt, die keine Touristenfallen sind. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung - bis zum Geschirrsspülertab und Müllsäcken war alles da, was man brauchen könnte. Sehr professionelle Abwicklung mit viel Info vorab mit Wegbeschreibung, Tipps für alle Viertel…sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos.

Cons:

Dusche könnte sauberer sein, sonst ist die Wohnung aber in Topzustand!

Apartamento amplio y cómodo con un estupendo supermercado muy cerca.
Pros:

Que era muy amplio y tenía 2 baños, dormitorios amplios con camas cómodas, que tenía más de 1 dormitorio, menaje adecuado, nos dejaron café para rellenar la cafetera exprés y bolsitas de aceite individual, fue un detalle que nos gustó mucho. También detergente para la lavadora, aunque yo no lo necesite, pero es un buen detalle.
El supermercado está muy cerca y tiene de todo.

Cons:

La cocina no estaba muy limpia, especialmente la pared sobre la encimera. Por la noche poca luz en el exterior de la puerta de entrada, necesitas la luz del móvil para meter la llave en la cerradura .

Great value for money.
Pros:

The place was recently renovated, very clean, and cosy. The rooftop terrace was amazing — perfect for spending time with friends, enjoying a drink, or watching the stars in the evening.

Cons:

One of the bathrooms had a low ceiling above the bathtub, which made it quite difficult to take a shower unless you were in the mood for a bath.

Nice stay in sestiere Canareggio
Pros:

We chose this property for the location, which we love because it is a bit away from the heavily touristed areas, while still being close to great restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The apartment was quiet, and the living space and primary bedroom had a lot of natural light. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated that there were some starter supplies, which helped a lot. Staff were responsive to messages, and instructions on checkin were easy to follow.

Cons:

The living space did not have a lot of comfortable seating, and extra lighting would be helpful. (I mentioned this to staff and they were happy to receive the suggestion.). Overall the decor is a bit stark, but certainly fine for a rental stay. The welcome booklet needs to be updated, a few suggestions no longer exist.

Super Quartier, um Venedig zu erkunden. Hundertprozentig empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Fantastische, moderne, saubere Unterkunft in absolut ruhiger Lage. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sowie Fußbodenheizung vorhanden. Supermarkt wenige Minuten entfernt, Bars und Restaurants ebenso.

Confort, comodità e tranquillità per godersi pienamente Venezia

L'appartamento è situato in un residence molto tranquillo e in un quartiere di Venezia altrettanto tranquillo e affascinante vicino ai principali luoghi di interesse. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e spazioso, pulito e dotato di ogni confort e comodità specialmente per soggiorni di più giorni. La descrizione sul sito corrisponde a quanto riscontrato. Tutta l'equipe è stata molto cordiale e disponibile a fornire assistenza e informazioni utili al soggiorno. Sicuramente un soggiorno che ha soddisfatto tutta la comitiva facendoci godere pienamente del fascino della città.

We had a wonderful stay at Ca’ Degli Antichi Giardini. The apartment is very pleasant and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was well prepared and thoughtfully arranged, which made us feel very welcome.

Valentina is a truly kind and helpful host. The information and tips she gave us were very useful and helped us enjoy the area even more.

The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet still close to all the main attractions. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Amazing!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away.

The location is quiet and very nice, ideal for relaxing while still being convenient. Communication was excellent — they were very responsive and replied quickly to the couple of messages we sent, which we really appreciated.

This is definitely a place I would come back to and happily recommend to my friends. Thank you for a great experience!

Un peu excentré mais super calme, spacieux et confortable. pas trop loin de la gare et près du vaporetto qui va à l'aéroport
Tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire à manger, un thé ou autre. . La propriétaire était hyper gentille et arrangeante, essayant toujours de vous débrouiller les problèmes.

dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de machine expresso mais seulement la cafetière italienne

Pros:

Le quartier est idéal, à l’écart des zones très touristiques. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son calme ainsi que son côté plus authentique de Venise.
L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Les explications fournies par l’hôte pour accéder au logement sont très claires et simples.

Cons:

La literie n’était pas de très bonne qualité. Les oreillers étaient plats et le matelas ou le sommier grinçait dès que l’on bougeait dans le lit. Cela mériterait d’être changé.
L’insonorisation est également insuffisante : nous entendions les voisins, même lorsqu’ils regardaient simplement la télévision.

Highly recommended to photograph every room in the apartment when you arrive to ensure if any damages are caused before your arrival are documented to the owners before and they are made aware.
