Pros:

The staff were helpful after my access card to the room went missing. The location is good close to the centre and the local bus station. The shower in the room was welcome with hot and cold taps enabling a good flow and temperature. Many showers in Brazil have single taps and the water can be too hot. Breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

I was on the top floor so no lift meant a bit more exercise, no big deal actually! Not much of a windows view but that also did not matter much.

Gostei muitíssimo do hotel, tive uma hospedagem nestes dias ; os funcionários da recepção são bons; o café da manhã deveria aumentar o horário de funcionamento até às 10h da manhã; as camareiras são ótimas, só não fui à piscina... Nota 10

Ótima estadia.
Pros:

Hotel extremamente limpo e organizado, chuveiro quentinho, café da manhã muito gostoso, tudo bem caseiro, funcionarias do restaurante muito simpáticas. Processo de checkin e checkout super agilizado e rápido. Ótima localização.

Cons:

As portas fazem barulho, oque as vezes dava pra escutar a dos quartos vizinhos abrindo e fechando.

Pros:

No funcionaba el teléfono para comunicarme con recepción
Y el interruptor para prender la luz estaba distante de la cama, lo cual implicaba que me debía levantar de la cama y soy una señora mayor de edad y se los advertí.
