O mais importante sobre o APPLE HOUSE são as pessoas. Todos os funcionários, sem exceção, com total cordialidade e carinho com o hóspede. Fomos muito bem recebidos, de verdade. A pousada é maravilhosa, mas o diferencial são as pessoas.
A piscina estava um pouco suja de terra, e não conseguiram limpar a tempo. No banheiro senti falta de um pouco mais de limpeza (não me agrada encontrar cabelos que não são meus no chão) - mas isso se deve a reuso de panos de chão, que precisam ser trocados com mais frequência.
Gostei de praticamente tudo, os ambientes são lindos extremamente bem cuidados e muito bem decorados. O restaurante é lindo, as músicas do café da manhã são excelentes. O quarto é perfeito, os funcionários são super atenciosos. enfim, sem dúvida recomendo muito.
Ficamos hospedados no Dubai, apesar de tudo ser excelente, os funcionários se comunicam através de aparelhos nos corredores desde cedo, falando muito alto.

Informação errada sobre a piscina privativa. Pagamos a mais porque nos afirmaram que seria AQUECIDA e não climatizada. Só que depois de concordar e pagar a mudança de categoria, descobrimos que não há nenhuma piscina com aquecimento por se tratar de um local de reserva ambiental. Essa informação somente para venda foi o que mais nos deixou chateada.
