A piscina privativa na suíte, o paisagismo do local, o restaurante com boa gastronomia. O atendimento da equipe é excelente, o café da manhã é perfeito, assim como as comodidades extras como a hamburgueria, o salão de jogos, as cadeiras de massagem e o spa.

Nota 10 atendimento desde da portaria recepção, limpeza restaurante, café tudo muito atenciosos, gerente Thiago deu um mimo, de 40 anos de casados, pois fomos pra comemorar está união. Café expendido piscina lindas. Super estou recomendando já.

O check in foi horrivel! Reservei um quarto sem piscina privativa pois iria ficar somente 2 dias!! Me deram um qto minusculo e sem janelas apenas 2 basculantes de cara para a parede! Reclamei me deram um outro qto terreo com varanda com vista estacionamento maior e melhor!! Infelizmente toalhas sujas e pia banheiro tbem!! Reclamei trocaram na hora!! Pessoal super atencioso e probto para resolver problemas!!passado o stress to check in tudo vorreu muito bem!!

Atendimento ótimo, equipe simpática e visivelmente empenhada em oferecer o melhor. Do manobrista à recepção, passando pelos funcionários que circulam pelo local, todos sempre gentis e acolhedores. É nítido o trabalho em equipe e a presença de uma boa gerência.

Very enjoyable stay, the staff were really good. The location is a disaster though, 15 minutes outside town and hard to get Ubers, the hotel did help arrange transfers though. Seems to be full of social media influencers.

Não vale o custo benefício , muita aparência , quarto basiquinho , diz que tem TV por assinatura mas , só pega globolixo , RedeEsgoto de televisão , ... diz que é proibido música mas , tem SOM com aquelas musiquinhas depressivas de MPB e pagodinhos enjoados , além de fumantes nas piscinas e em áreas recreativas , das 5 piscinas só uma é aquecida e lotada de gente . Café da manhã muito bom . Funcionários esforçados e muito prestativos . Durante a limpeza das piscinas e dos pisos de manhã , foi observado que o esgoto com os produtos químicos são lançados diretamente no Rio que margeia a pousada , poluindo e contaminando o meio ambiente .
