Luxusvilla in schönem Atriumstyle mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Obwohl unsere Freunde und wir erst spät am Abend ankamen, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Zu unserer Überraschung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir vier ein kostenloses Upgrade in die 160 m2 große Villa mit privatem Pool bekommen. Es war eine Oase der Ruhe mit schönen Pflanzen, Vogelgezwitscher und Kolibribesuchen. Wir fühlten uns im großzügigen Wohnzimmer mit überdachter Terrasse und voll eingerichteter Küche sehr wohl. Der kleine Pool war nach der Rückkehr von unseren Ausflügen sehr erfrischend.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft am späten Abend sind wir 3 Mal an der Anlage vorbeigefahren, weil wir in der Finsternis die zwar große, aber unbeleuchtete Tafel mit dem Namen der Unterkunft nicht gesehen haben. Das Backrohr funktionierte trotz Meldung des Defektes bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes nicht, Der Umstand, dass sich die Toilette ohne jede Abtrennung im Schlafzimmer befand, beeinträchtigt den sonstigen Standard der Anlage erheblich. Moskitonetze vor Fenstern und Türen wären hilfreich!

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est trop cher au vis à vis de la qualité. Ce n’est pas vraiment un hôtel mais plus une location meublée avec services.

Pros:

We loved everything there. First of all the friendly employee, Willy, and the owner, Marie. Since arriving we felt like home.
Everyday we had a wonderful breakfast and Marie and Willy. I stayed in a lot of hotels but never had a breakfast like this. Fresh bread and fruits with a some special local meals.
Marie and Willy helped us to hints what to do on the island.
There are nice beaches close by. For us the best beach was in St. Anne, which is approx. 15 minutes away.

Cons:

All was good for us.

WARNING! If you're a family looking for peace an quiet, this is NOT the place for you.
Pros:

Beautiful Villa and conveniently placed (if you're looking to stay in St-Francois). Luxurious amenities and the place is kept in an immaculate condition. If you're into cleanliness this is your place.

Cons:

Management of this establishment is very poor and they allowed for our experience here to be regrettable. There are only two Villa's and they share a common wall and the yard has a large sliding door to allow a large shared space if rented by two groups. Unfortunately for our family, management thought it would be OK to rent the Villa next to us to a young local group who decided to have a large party with around 30 or 40 friends. The living spaces are completely opened (no A/C in living, cooking area) so any music your neighbour decides to play, you'll have to endure it. Add alcohol, marijuana (tons of it, non-stop) , 40 friends and we weren't able to listen to our music or watch a movie in the evening. Party went on til 2:00 am when the smartest of the youth decided to rev their giant scooters and wake up anyone within a mile. So two of our three nights were ruined thanks to the neighbours. The worst part is that we saw the Willy the manager at the neighbours party speaking with them. This leads me to believe that they knew full well who they rented the Villa next to us to.

En premier lieu l’accueilde la personne de la réception et sa disponibilité, le logement en lui même est impeccable, le jacuzzi la literie, seul bémol c’est la vaisselle et les ustensiles TROP PEU, à deux en utilisant juste pour le petit déjeuner nous avons été en manque, alors à quatre personnes qui prennent leurs repas pendant leur séjour ça va être compliqué

Pros:

Amazing stay. Our first time in Guadeloupe. We stayed a week. The owner, Geoff, was super friendly and helpful, he spoke both French and English. The apartment had everything you needed for a week stay and Geoff got anything we asked for. There is not maid service, which was fine with us, we cooked meals. There was even an outdoor grill for use. We had a car but it was an easy walk to St. Francois to the marina, golf course, casino, restaurants, and beach. Very nice, small pool and chairs for lounging in the sun or shade and a private hot tub on the apartment balcony. We loved our stay and hope to return again.

Ho trascorso 10 gg in questa struttura nel mese di Maggio, prenotato la villettina indipendente. Bellissima! Molto curata e tenuta in ottime condizioni. Eravamo in 3 adulti. Le pulizie sono state fatte con cambio lenzuola/asciugamani ecc.. dopo circa 5/6 gg di permanenza.
La zona è leggermente fuori dal centro, ma la Marina (dove si trovano per lo più ristoranti e locali) è distante circa 20/30 minuti a piedi.
Durante la nostra permanenza la reception seguiva orari ridotti, ma segnalati comunque da un cartello sulla porta; non so se durante l'alta stagione la reception sia aperta quotidianamente.
Abbiamo anche richiesto un transfer per l'aeroporto e sono stati molto efficienti.
La Guadalupe è bellissima! Anche se le spiagge forse più belle si trovano nella zona di Sainte Anne, ma dista pochi km in auto, facilmente raggiungibile.
Direi che è stata una bella esperienza soggiornare al Majesty Palm. Grazie

Calme et intime
Pros:

Très jolie petite structure : 4 appartements et 1 villa, autour d'une piscine, mais sans aucun vis à vis. Très belle terrasse avec jaccuzi. Calme et autonomie totale. Idéal pour voyage de noce ou en amoureux. Les gérants ne sont pas sur place mais sont joignables en cas de besoin. Il manquerait quelques ustensiles de cuisine (dont une cuillère en bois et un dessous de plat) et un balai. A part ça l'appartement est très confortable et bien décoré. Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour.
