Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size, and overall, our stay was satisfactory.

Cons:

The cabinet around the fridge was broken, and there was nowhere to hang clothes in the room. In addition, the room was not cleaned at all during our stay.

Great owners/staff. Kind people, Thank you.
Pros:

The owners are truly sweet and caring people. They let us check in early, and refunded our last night that we couldn't stay due to reasons at home, we didn't even ask They just did it. So kind and appreciated..

Cons:

It's an older no frills place to sleep. But, you get what you pay for. Was clean and good location.

If I had known the area before booking, I would have never stayed here!

When I arrived there were two people around the office. One disappeared into the night and the other was so high she couldn’t hardly talk. But she was requesting someone to call an ambulance. The office door was locked, “for good reason” and the night clerk yelled at the woman to leave the premises! Then was rude as she checked me in. When I finally got to my room, after a 5 hour drive, I was drained! The heat and smell of weed knocked me down when I opened the door! In Pensacola, in the middle of summer, temperatures can reach 110 degrees during the day! But the A/C was turned completely off! To save electricity I assume! So it took about 2 hours for my room to cool down enough for me to get in bed! Then people were hanging out on the stairs right outside my room talking all night… for three nights in a row! I carry my own protection but I should have been able to leave it in my car! I did NOT!

Great value for the money.
Pros:

Clean, lots of cameras on the parking lot, exceptionally nice staff

Cons:

The location is in a poorer section of Pensacola but the owner can’t help that. We felt safe.
