Overall it was great. Would stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Nice selection of protein and carbohydrates. Tasty coffee. Close to the beach. Restaurants were a short drive. Accommodations were pleasant and quaint.

Cons:

Appreciated the parking but it was tight maneuvering and it was a little climb to get to room with luggage.

Great stay in North Beach!
Pros:

The king room was large and very comfortable. The bed is super comfortable. The shower and bath have a great water pressure and I appreciated the deep Long bathtub. I also love the scent of the body wash and shampoo and conditioner. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is plenty of parking and I appreciated the large parking spaces, which were easy to get in and out of. We got a 10% discount at Pat‘s café, which is down the street and had a lovely breakfast there. Ask about the breakfast discount when you check in. Nice to have free parking and free Wi-Fi. Just a few blocks to the heart of North Beach where there are many fine restaurants, coffee, places, and cafés. Have stayed here three times so far.

Cons:

Because the property is on busy, Columbus Street, it can be noisy at night on that side of the building.

Pros:

We enjoyed walking around to Pier 39 and the different coffee shops. The Hop on Hopper bus was a good way to get around and see all the sites.

Pros:

The location is very convenient to Fisherman's Wharf. Really appreciated the free parking. Enjoyed the cable car with super easy acess. The room was very clean. This is a good value, no frills motor lodge with FREE parking.

Cons:

I could have used a mini fridge for cold drinks. The decor could be more up-to-date but this is minor complaint, overall I found the room pleasant.
