The room was great, lots of space and the king bed was comfy. The included buffet breakfast was good but was not impressed with the honey glazed ham as it was just lunch meat. Will go back just to try the regular restaurant menu. Not much of a view from our room but we were only there for one night. There was some ongoing maintenance but did not affect our stay. Will definately go back.
The property had just opened which influences all of our experiences. They took a while to find our Expedia reservation, our room had a foul smell, the shower drains were clogged and almost flooded our rooms. The room designs are strange with partial bathroom doors.
Staff were very kind, responsive, and accommodating.
The property’s location is excellent! Nice huge rooms, but hotel room marble floors were very dirty, not mopped and toilet bowls were stained. I suggest that housekeeping needs to do a thorough cleaning of the hotel rooms to keep the hotel property in good condition.
Good hotel esp for families. They have a pool and a gym at the rooftop, BBQ night, decent rooms and its location is near restaurants.

It was a nice stay. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.
Everything was excellent, except there is a bar across the street that plays loud music till 2am. You won't get a good sleep till past 2am.

We woke up to a large trail of ants and the shower or sink did not drain well. Otherwise it was a decent hotel.

Lots of construction. Bad setup for inside rooms as the window picks up the music from pool bar. No directory in the rooms to peruse activities in a Subic(only at front desk).
The gastro pub. Good menu enjoyed the food. Rooftop pool was was also very pleasant.
nice hotel. very clean. staff is very nice.. the bathrooms are nice but very slippery. its a little scary..no grip on the shower floor. if you are elderly or have balance problems like me it can be dangerous.
Been a regular for a year now....very much at home with all the staff...they make you feel welcome all the time.
Love the rooftop pool and bar. And the restaurant was much improved over our last visit. Really enjoyed the stay
