Thanks for taking great care of us.
Pros:

We were unexpectedly stck in San Diego on a layover when our connecting flight was canceled and continued to early the next day.
We found this for a great price, very near the airport. Staff were friendly kind and very helpful. They arranged for a cab in the wee hours, and woke us with a friendly call. As three elderly disabled women traveling together, we felt very safe in this accommodation. Thank you

Everything was good, but it was kind of desapoiting to find out there was no microwave available.

Cons:

Disappointed there was no microwave in the room but the staff let us know there was one in the vending machine area. There was a night a man was outside at the hotel yelling and banging on a door in the middle of the night.

There is honestly nothing to like about the property. It’s very ran down and they have mold growing from their refrigerator and bathroom corners. Staff was horrible especially JOE..

Cons:

The staff was very rude. JOE helped us when we first got there and he was completely disrespectful, this man shouldn’t be allowed to work in customer service. He’s ran down like the building. He gave us a room with men on top working on the roof. They were using heavy machinery and mind you they were there all day and all week. He refused to move us rooms at first. Then when he did finally move us, he gave us a room with mold and that smelled really bad. I had to call booking because Joe was so disrespectful and didn’t want to move us to a clean room on the other side where there was nobody working on the roof. It makes logical sense just to be amazing to your customers, but not for Joe. He is a very disrupted man that has no skills and customer service. The property was absolutely disgusting and I never write reviews. I would like to warn everyone because it’s not fair that the truth is not out there about this place. If I could add more pictures I would, but it only lets me add up to 4.

Was a blessing at the end of a very frustrating and exhausting day.
Pros:

We were in a bind when my son, who was coming home from college for Christmas, had a canceled flight in the middle of the night. Chris was cheerful and helpful for this concerned mom and my alone and frustrated son.

Pros:

Location! Location!! Location!!! Little Italy at your doorstep only a short walk away. This Motel 6 is conveniently located near the airport. Budget accommodations are sometimes rich in other ways. The front desk staff are great. I recommend staying here if you just need the basics.
