Praso @ Ratchada 12 Hotel

Very simple and clean room, although the lack of amenities like a toothbrush, soap and USB wall outlet is strange. The street outside is also prone to heavy flooding.

窓からは、工事中のビルで常時工事中だったため、カーテンを閉めっぱなしでした。
仕方ないとはいえ、残念な時期でした。
ホテルは静かで、お安く泊まれて良かったです。朝食はつけなかったため、朝食のレストランへ偵察に行ってみたが、子供連れの観光客が多く、席も空いておらず、カオス状態だった....

Baustelle hinter und neben dem Haus!

Great hotel in Ratchada, Bangkok. Staff very friendly and great English. They let me check in a bit early which was nice. The room is beautiful, great pool & great breakfast, too. The location is just off the main road in a great area . It's 10 minutes walk to "The Street" where the outdoor Beer Garden had a top level concert the night I was staying. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent staff, location, food, pool, gym...this place has it all and will ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Worth the price

The hotel is located in the downtown area in a small alley for cars and big buses to park, which is its only advantage. Other than that, this hotel are of low quality with poor services. First, it is really stressful when firstly stepping into the hotel with all signs on imposing fines against residents, from no smoking to bringing food and drinks and others. Fine and warning signs are almost everywhere in the hotel such as at the reception area, in the elevators, and a list of monetary penalties for each damage of furnitures and applicances in the room!!! You are not allowed to wash your clothes and hang your clothes in the room. If you do so, 5,000 bahts are imposed on you. The balcony is locked , which means you have no place to hang your clothes. There is no laundery service either. The staff only recommends you go to the next door building and ask the security guy in that building and that's all. There are no further guidance than that. I went to the next door and had really bad experience as the washing machine did not work and swallowed coins I put into it until I was told that only 10 coin is acceptable (which they made notice in the Thai language only). The security guy could not speak English and was unwilling to inform you of the coin exchange and unhelpful as he said he was not in charge of the washing machines. No basic bathroom and hygienic stuff (i.e. soap, toothpaste, tooth brushes, cotton buds, and others) is provided.

The staff are not welcoming and helpful, and do not care about customer services and customers' compliants. They gave a bit of attitude and were not receptive when receiving customers' complaints. No doubt that they do not care about as they just do business with tour companies. The night staff could not speak English well.

This hotel created horrible experience for when travelling to Thailand which is considered the shining star of tourism and hospitalism in Southeasr Asia. Stay away from this place.

Good Hotel

This place has all the basics covered for hospitality. It's off the main road so no traffic noise...however there is construction in the area so roads can be dirty and dusty.

Overall, everything is good except for the TV channel the doesn’t have any English channel or English movie

The hotel is very good, located in a very good place on Rachida road. Very comfortable, with good facilities. Staff is very good and helpful. Enjoyed my tour. The hotel is equipeed with good fitting centre, swimming pool, easily accessible from airport

Chambre spacieuse et propre, petit déjeuner type buffet varié, proximité d'une station de métro (5 à 7 minutes de marche) qui ramène au centre de Bangkok directement, quartier animé. Pour un séjour de passage, c'est très correct au vu du prix. Pour accéder à l'hôtel, il y a un panneau sur le boulevard et qui conduit au bout d'une impasse.
