Alles in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt ziemlich ungepflegt, besonders das Bad und die Wände im Raum

Lots of local and chain food options close by. There is a mall within walking distance. The facilities were clean but in need of some touch up. Rusted shower and sinks. Peeling paint and flooring. But the staff are good and take pride in service. I enjoyed interacting with them.
It's quite a nice hotel compared to hotels in Indonesia in general, no doubt about it. Many westerners might find it less nice than what they prefer or are used to, but it is indeed one of the best hotels in the city, and considering the relatively low per-night price, it was quite comfortable.

Very good for a night
Great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Also easy to get into Manado city with Mikrolet (5 min’s walk). Very friendly and helpful staff. Had two rooms with connecting doors which was nice as we are a family. Nice seaview.
Rooms were small and furnished with only the bed, one chair, a narrow table/shelf and a small hanger bar with 2 coat hangers. As we stayed several days I missed being able to unpack my backpack.
The hotel is more worn out than can be seen on the pictures.

Not worth the values. with 600K per night, I could get a better hotel. Floor not clean, no shower head, etc.
Location and the view .
Dirty and smells ,I call the manager and she come and I tell her the issues,they fixed the problems but it’s should be teach the cleaner how to clean the room from the started ,they don’t have hand towels or face towels too ,restaurants overcrowded when I ask people’s sit on big table with few empty chairs but no one friendly .It’s very sad because they my people too .The lady Mei Lyn was very understanding and helpful.
Great location, sea view, lots of restaurants, mall, not far from the ferry terminal and helpful and nice staff.
Poorly cleaned and maintained. Beds were neat, but there was mould on shower corners, hairs on floor and side tables and some of the repairs poorly done, such as ducktape for a loose shower glass wall. Still it's a fairly good option for a couple of days, just don't expect it to be as new and clean as in the pictures.
Wonderful sea view. Good location. Good breakfast.
Noisy, mainly from children.
