Foi minha segunda hospedagem no Hotel JR, justamente porque a primeira impressão havia sido maravilhosa. Desde a chegada, a equipe se mostrou extremamente atenciosa: recepção calorosa, manobrista disponível na porta, sempre gentil e prestativo.

A limpeza no 8º andar, realizada pela Lucimara, merece destaque: impecável, com profissionalismo, educação e simpatia. Na recepção, Wesley foi igualmente atencioso e prestativo, assim como seu colega manobrista.

O café da manhã e as refeições são outro ponto alto: ambiente agradável, variedade de itens e qualidade impecável. Mas o grande diferencial está no atendimento do Leo — por mais profissionais como ele! Exemplar, educado, fino no trato e extremamente atencioso, transmite paixão pelo que faz e veste a camisa da empresa. O resultado não poderia ser diferente: impecável.

Essa combinação de cuidado, organização e hospitalidade fez com que eu retornasse pela segunda vez e já planeje novas experiências no hotel. Muito obrigada a toda a equipe pelo excelente trabalho.”

Cons:

Não houve nada de negativo na minha estadia. O único ponto difícil foi ter que ir embora, pois a experiência foi tão agradável que eu gostaria de ficar mais tempo.
