Location perfect! Airconditioning ensured comfort as it was hot.
Pros:

The location next to the Spanish Steps was ideal. Even though there was large crowds every day, the double glazed windows worked very well!

Cons:

The TV wasn't ideal. It reverted back to searching for channels each time we switched it off. We didnt watch a lot of TV however it was a little annoying.

Hotel in posizione unica, personale competente, camere un pò piccoline
Pros:

La posizione è ineguagliabile, la colazione servita in camera sul piccolo balconcino , la possibilità di potere accedere alla struttura sia dalla parte bassa che dalla parte alta di Piazza di Spagna (scelgo sempre questa posizione perchè è comodissima per visitare Roma )

Cons:

Le stanze sono chiamate Suite ma la metratura non è adeguata..nella medesima posizione esistono altri hotel con stanze decisamente adeguate..trovo inacettabile che pur non avendo un locale colazione ci si debba recare ad un bar!!! Ottima la formula di proporre ai clienti due tipi di colazione ma non è giusto che per farsela portare in camera sia necessario pagare...dovrebbero rinunciare ad una stanza e fare un ristorante oppure tenere l'attuale organizzazione senza far pagare il sovraprezzo

Franchement rien du tout à part l’emplacement

C’est une mauvaise expérience un ascenseur vétuste utilisant encore le système de clé est surtout très très petit je passe de tout mais je ne peux pas ne pas parler du petit déjeuner délocalisé dans un café en face dont le personnel ne tiennent pas compte des clients de l’hôtel, un petit déjeuner médiocre vue le prix demandé par l’hôtel. Je ne comprends pas les critères pour l’octroi de quatre étoiles grosso modo hotel très particulier dans le mauvais sens à ne pas conseiller, par contre le personnel est sympathique est fait du mieux qui peut 😒😒😒😒😒

Le personnel pas gentil on a été à la lèse de 9 h30 on est sortie à 19 h 30
Le restaurant du petit déjeuner minable pour un 4 étoiles on a attendu 35 min pour être servi.
Arrivée à l’hôtel on se fait engueuler comme un chien
Pour un Check out de 45 min de retard
Je voyage mais cette impertinence je ne l’ai jamais vu pour 45 min

A romantic Roman holiday
Pros:

Location, location, location! How can you beat being in a room with a private terrace that virtually sits on the Spanish steps??? Added to that — the staff. What a delightful team — so helpful and so charming and cheerful and proactive— especially Karina on the front desk.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small but adequate. It was slightly awkward having to cross the street to a different establishment for breakfast. But the meal was good and substantial.
