La ubicacion y trato del personal!

Cons:

El desayuno no esta en relacion con la calidad y precio del alojamiento. Era escaso y cuando pedimos un segundo capuchino dado q el primero estaba en taza pequena , nos cobraron 10 euros cada uno!!!

When we arrived, we were informed that we were being upgraded from a standard room to an apartment The apartment was truly unbelievable. Huge rooms, beautiful furniture, high ceilings, beautiful bathrooms, etc. And all in a perfect location, midway up the Spanish Steps. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the terrace.

Worst place i have ever stayed in my life and when combined with the price that i paid I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Location was one of the best anyone can find in Rome, most of the places are walking distance.

Cons:

I dont even know where to start, we picked junior suite for a better accommodation there was nothing suite about it. First we thought they gave us a wrong room, than i realised they added the photos of the room they gave us after some good photos of a different room. The breakfast was awful, the bathroom was the tiniest i have ever seen in my life, a moderate sized human can hardly close the doors of the shower when inside, the room was moderatly clean, badly designed, there was a door connecting to another room which they hardly did anything to block noise, there are many many more, I DONT RECOMMEND HERE TO ANYONE.
