A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Very pleasant short break at the lakes.

I was there for work
Pros:

Location, parking, apartment size, and a nice quiet area.

Cons:

I do not know if I'm being an idiot (which is likely), on the day of check-in, we couldn't get into the apartment and rang every number we could find. I couldn't and still can't find the message or email the lock box codes where they were sent to. All worked out in the end, though, as a lady called me back and got us in. (I just want to make it very clear this was most likely an oversight on my part and not the apartment people's)

I would definitely stay again due to the location and the freedom it gives you over staying in a hotel or similar. Just
Pros:

Great location for work & town centre
Gives freedom & control in respect of cooking, eating, training, working etc in that you can come & go as you please
Great location for Morrisons supermarket
Really good power shower
Felt secure
Good response times from the owners / managers of the apartments who were always really helpful and responsive
Reliable WiFi
I didn’t need parking but there was plenty of it that I could see

Cons:

Keys front & back door very stiff difficult to get in (other residence said the same!)
Furniture is contemporary but no longer new / modern - sofas and dining chairs were stained & tatty
Left hand knob came off the oven on first use & the hob markers are worn away
Blind was broken and lying on the window sill for duration of stay - with such a large window it felt quite exposed at night!
Ironing board was broken (doesn’t stay up)
Exposed screws in the walls of the bedroom
Hairdryer handle collapses shut when using - also no mirror in the bedroom to dry hair / apply makeup etc

Excellent Location, Good clean spacious apartment.
Pros:

Clean and Comfortable apartment. Next to a super market is an added advantage. Very pleasant stay. Lots of walks within 10 mins drive from the apartment including Walney Reserve, Piel Island.
Lake Windermere is within an hour drive.

Very spacious and homely.

There was noise from the window in one of the rooms, however, the staff were very understanding of this issue and offered us another room.

Pictures are really impressive

Cons:

overall unhealthy environment of this poorly mailed property.
We think this property was rarely used, smell of old carpets. Small flies were frequent to annoy the sleep. Three single beds need to be replaced to avoid negative feedback in future.

Pros:

Apartments are lovely, very spacious and clean and lovely to come back to after a long day at work to kick back and relax, feels very much like a home from home, staff are fantastic always happy and helpful, no noise from other residents at all, very close to the town centre, pubs and places to eat and only 5/10 mins walk to work in the other direction, there is also morrisons a 2 min walk away, easy to get shopping and cook foe yourself, kitchens here are well equiped, spacious and clean, they all so have eveything you need to laundee your clothes, washer dryer, clothes horses, iron, i would highly reccommend, i try to get in here every time i travel for work and no always successful, but if available id book every time

Very good. Good location is ideal to go around.
