Pros:

What can I say but amazing... the animation team made my holiday the best ever, Betty, and Jo Jo went above and beyond to keep everyone happy and having fun... definitely will be returning to this hotel

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Pros:

Me and my boyfriend flew to Agadir so excited for our holiday in Morocco. I went to check in at the hotel desk and knew immediately that something was wrong by the way the lady was looking at me. She proceeded to tell me that we didn’t have a booking. We had booked through love holidays and everything had been confirmed before we flew over. She then told me that yes they had received all of our details from love holidays three months prior but Anezi Tower has never confirmed it our their side and so we didn’t have a room. The customer service was non existent. They did not care about us at all and did not want to help us at all. I rang love holidays who were adamant that the booking had been confirmed from the hotel but the hotel would not give us a room regardless. After spending hours on the phone to love holidays trying to sort things out we were transferred to a different hotel due to the absolute lack of communication from Anezi Tower. They did not want anything to do with us which was made very clear. We then had to walk in the middle of the night 20 minutes to our new hotel. This was at about 12am.

Anezi Tower absolutely ruined the start of our holiday and I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to have the experience we had.

Hotel bien placé et tres joli à l'intérieur, nous n'avons pas profité de tous les services cependant la piscine est sympa et les suites sont jolies... C’est propre et l'accès au commerces et plage est à deux pas. Nous avons passé un bon séjour

Cons:

Tout en étant tout à fait agréable, le personnel n’est pas des plus chaleureux, mais c’est un grand hôtel donc moins intimiste que certains hôtel locaux. La suite manquait, en mon sens, d’un peu d'équipement de cuisine.
Mais je repete, nous avons passé un tres bon moment.
