Great choice at breakfast

The elevators were disappointing. Only 3 there for such a large building, and sometimes, only 2 working. You had to wait a long time on the elevator.

Fajne miejsce na wakacje z dziećmi, chętnie kiedyś wrócimy.
Pros:

Podobały nam się baseny dla dzieci i dorosłych, otoczenie wokół hotelu, animacje. Czysto, pokoje sprzątane codziennie.
Podziwiam personel za cierpliwość do turystów zwłaszcza anglików, którzy potrafili zostawić na ziemi zrzucone przez swoje dzieci sztućce, skórki z bananów itp czy ratowników pilnujących zarzyganych gości z "all inclusive ". Za hotelem bardzo fajna plaża z pięknym kolorem morza. Fajna lokalizacja z dala od imprezowej części Magaluf. Spokój.

Cons:

Niekiedy długie oczekiwanie na windę, brak możliwości zamienienia śniadania w ostatnim dniu na kolację w przedostatni dzień ze względu na bardzo wczesny wylot i brak możliwości skorzystania z tego śniadania ( wymeldowanie z hotelu o 6 rano).

Agradable , desconectamos de la rutina

Me gustó las instalaciones , la variedad de actividades que se podia hacer con los niños

No nos gustó que a nuestro hijo de 2 años lo tuviésemos que dejar en las actividades sin nosotros ( los padres podamos estar con ellos) tuvieron que salir a los 10 minutos llorando , luego tampoco nos gustó la espera en los ascensores pierdes demasiado tiempo en esperar a poder subir a tu habitación, una reflexión Esque si por
Ejemplo gente sana deportista va a un primer piso o segundo que se animen a cojer escalera ( hay gente con carritos bebés , minusválidos un poco de respeto .

A joke of a hotel
Pros:

Positives & negatives but mainly negative, we would never go there again ever. The pool is nice for the children but opens late and closes early ? The food is poor, some of us kept rushing to the toilet and had sickness and some of the meat is under cooked and I watched the guy cutting the meat with a knife he was putting the uncooked meat in to cook with. Not much choice food wise and not much selection on cocktails/drinks, you get a paper cup you have to keep the hole holiday and if you lose it you have to pay for a token. The lift is slow. Evening entertainment finishes early. The staff are rude.
The worst thing about the holiday in all is the RECEPTION STAFF, they are awful & rude, we all walked in and they never said hi and ignored us whilst on the computer and was stood there 10 minutes before he finally just said passport. They never gave us any information on where to get food or drink or where the room was or anything at all. All in the family room the adults bed is a sofa bed, I complained about this and he said every room is the same. We felt like we was camping. This is A JOKE OF A HOTEL.
Some advise I would give is to train the reception staff to ask how your flight was and smile and give information. It goes along long way. You pay all that money for a holiday and felt like we were treated like dogs.

Pros:

I'll start with the positives of this hotel. I really liked that there's a pool for very young children, as well as a play area where you can leave your child and have a quiet coffee. My daughter and I also enjoyed the foam party. The food was good, although after five days, we were already looking for a change. The negatives are that the pools are too cold, especially for children. The access to the sea is through trash bins, and at that temperature, they smelled really bad. Otherwise, it's a good hotel. Since it was our daughter's birthday and our honeymoon, the hotel congratulated us with a bottle of champagne and wine. Thank you for your hospitality!
