Pros:

Camerele curate, mâncarea, personalul foarte amabil, faptul ca am beneficiat de all inclusive si înainte de a lua camera si după ce am predat-o pana seara.
Piscine curate, șezlonguri multe

Cons:

Nu este direct pe plaja asa cum se menționează, dar nu e departe 7-8 mine de mers pe jos.

Отель оставил нам приятные впечатления, и подарил нам отличный отпуск с семьей с шикарным видом на море. В тихом районе
Pros:

Шикарный вид из окна, как на море так и на горы. Убирались каждый день, еда вкусная, как и коктейли, радовало то что всегда есть развлечения для детей, как днём так и вечером.

Cons:

Наверное единственный недостаток это лифт, к сожалению один лифт не работал, и приходилось ждать лифт очень долго. На балконе убирали всего два раза за неделю.

La organización y limpieza general.

La poca disponibilidad de ascensores. Solo tres para 8 personas para todo el hotel. En muchos momentos era desesperante ver cómo venían continuamente llenos.

Pros:

Location is amazing !! Rooms good and comfy . Plenty of sunbeds .

Cons:

WiFi was awful . Long wait to be sat down for dinner due to the volume of people staff did do everything they could to manage . Coffee was awful

Belle expérience
Pros:

Hôtel bien agencé
Parfait pour les enfants
Animation sympa, ils sont tous très investis
Repas très bien, diversifié fait pour tout le monde

Cons:

Pas de plage privé… pas de parasol, transat proposé…
La piscine qui ouvre à 10h et ferme à 19h
Alors que nous sommes des lèves tôt…

Un soggiorno perfetto per famiglie! Un grazie alla struttura per la loro decisione
Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Servizi top per grandi e bambini (animazioni, corsi fitness, spettacoli, mini club) , piscine (2 grossi complessi, uno per adulti e uno per piccoli) , all inclusive, vicinanza alla spiaggia di Palma (solo spiagge libere). Davvero una delle più belle strutture in cui siamo stati (2 adulti e 1 bambino di 2 anni).
Abbiamo avuto purtroppo un problema familiare e siamo stati costretti a rientrare in anticipo, e la struttura ha deciso di rimborsarci di quanto non usufruito!
Torneremo al 100%

Piccolissimo difetto, servirebbero qualche ascensore in più

Pros:

Расположение отеля прекрасное. Инфраструктура отеля тоже неплохая.
Анимация,детский клуб-все хорошо.
Работники бара,ресторана приветливые,все хорошо,кроме бара где кофе-там какой то неприятный бармен,постоянно выражал свое недовольство,когда его просили сделать кофе из кофемашины.Мне он не попадался,но много людей жаловались именно на него.
Большая благодарность Любе и Сандре из рецепшн- приятные,внимательные,отзывчивые девушки,которые не упустили из виду нашу просьбу.
Парень на рецепшене есть,тоже очень хороший,к сожалению имя не запомнили.
За еду не буду писать в окне "что вам не понравилось", но выбор не мешало бы разнообразить,особенно это касается вечерней выпечки и мелких закусок.
Так же мясо,которое жарили постоянно было жесткое.Возьмешь ребро,соус вкусный,а мясо резиновое.
Соки хотя бы из пакета,а не юппи,который подается в самых дешевых отелях,которым Sol Melia не должен соответствовать.

Expensive for what is on offer
Pros:

The property is in a good location and the pools are good but that is probably all i can say

Cons:

The food wasn’t a 4* hotel quality, the queues for the bar in the evening or most of the day. The amount of stairs (i can use a lift) to go to different parts of the hotel
