Location the breakfast the room was all on point

Review from a 10 night stay 18 May 2026 with a 2 year old a 3 year old , myself and partner.
We arrived early morning (1am) staff were keen to help us with information sheets and layout of hotel with the offer to help us to the room. Room was ready for us and exactly as picture on the hotels web page. Was clean and stocked up with toilet roll, towels and beds made. We had a kettle, fridge, hairdryer there was also shower jell and shampoo refilled daily. Beach towels you could purchase for a small refundable deposit from reception. Pools opened daily at 11-5 I do feel like it opens too late and closes too early, pool temps are cold as we expect but weren’t cold enough for us to put wetsuits we had for our toddlers, once your in it’s fine, kids pool slightly warmer than main pools as the suns able to warm the shallow water. We always managed to get sun loungers right next to the kids splash pools without needing to cue in morning.
Food was actually great, there is something for everyone, they always have pizza, pasta, chips, meat, fruit. They even had chicken nuggets and hot dogs which were great for the kids.
Drinks were always great for us they have a token system where you get a cup in return of a token and once your done you must bring cup back to bar to exchange for another drink or exchange for the token for the following day.
Entertainment was great, the staff are great with the kids and go round getting all the kids involved (and adults lol) the kid’s entertainment starts a bit late at 8:45 but after kids club there’s always live family entertainment afterwards we saw the likes of magicians, gymnastics, singers, bands, comedy and dancers. I would recommend going early if you have little kids so you can be close to the stage/dance floor.
There is a kids club different times throughout the day where you leave your child but I’m a stress head and could never dream of leaving my child unsupervised but the kids that did go seemed to really enjoy it. They have two mascots called mya and ommar these are out every day and night at some point with opportunities to dance with them and take pics with them.
Around the pool there is lifeguards- really good life guards who are always observing with great attention, I really liked seeing the attention they gave through their shifts, they never miss a beat. They do remind the kids to walk because around the pool side is VERY slippy when wet, I saw multiple people slipping from running.
Location- wow absolutely perfect! Beach a 5 minute walk out the left of the hotel (watch out for pick pockets!) , there’s two shops just over the road for snacks, pool floats, drinks etc there is also an Aldi just a 15 minute walk which sells everting you’d expect from an Aldi, the shops around the aldi area I totally recommend because it’s shops the locals use so everything is reasonably price as a-pose to the shops directly opposite the hotel, if was our 3 year olds 4th birthday while we were there so we found the shops around Aldi to be our best friend for gifts/wrapping paper etc.
our over all experience was absolutely amazing the only things I could complain about is the opening ours for the pool need to be extended and the kid’s entertainment could be put on a little bit earlier, obviously the pool temp was cold but it’s expected when they aren’t heated pools.
If you are thinking of booking this hotel….. DO IT! Don’t let the negative reviews take over your thought to book. This holiday was absolutely perfect for us as a young family of 4 and we’d definitely return in the future!

After reading some of the reviews before we left I had my reservations… but here’s an honest review from a well traveled family!

Cleanliness 10/10 - the hotel is spotless throughout! Rooms cleaned and changed everyday to a high standard.

Noise 8/10 - there is going to be some noise of an evening you’re in a family hotel.

Service 10/10 - staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly!

Kids club 100/10 - we’ve stayed in some of the most luxury hotels in the world but the staff at kids club here really give thier all! They were amazing! Dani was brilliant and all of the staff! It was a pleasure seeing how amazing you all are with the children so thank you.

Food 7/10 - come on guys it’s the same all inclusive style like most hotels. It’s very same same but it’s what you expect at a 4* star hotel. If you’re wanting à la Carte good then don’t book

Entertainment - The evenings shows were brilliant!!

Lifts 1/10 - this was the only issue during our stay. 3 lifts to accommodate the hotel is never going to work! Long wait times and lazy people who can’t be bothered to walk up even one level!

Location 10/10 - 5 mins from the beach, shops nearby.

If you’re planning on booking this or have booked it then go have fun and enjoy the sunshine.
