My room wasn't clean. The trash hadn't been emptied, it had used personal feminine products. The toilet paper was also out. The windows got stuck open as well.

Checked in first building after dragging luggage around from parking to front of building only to be told our room was back across the parking lot in the other building.

We arrived after a long day in airports and the staff were exceptionally helpful to us jet-lagged travelers. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. (And, I'll add that the pizza we had delivered from Tomacelli's was delicious and arrived quickly!)

The only negative was that the smoking area was located right next to the entrance. We had to walk through smokers to get inside.

This hotel is located within walking distance to the Sanford Hospital. I did not know what the hospital rate was? I did not think the price to stay there a night was commensurate with the outdated furniture. The bed was not comfortable because the mattress was old.
