My stay was very comfortable and efficient.
Pros:

The property was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Mr. Diyar was very responsible, friendly, and highly cooperative throughout our stay. He was always supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would happily stay here again.

Good, comfortable hotel at an excellent location near tram and transport access to explore Istanbul.
Pros:

- Great hospitality by hotel staffs, understands simple conversational English. Aydin was especially very kind and helpful!
- Safe comfortable room, with good breakfast at the rooftop.
- Location was excellent - just near the Gulhane stop for T1 tram for tourists. Also within walking distance to other transports including train and underground metro.
- Close to Gulhane park, bazaar, restaurants and convenience stores to get food, necessities and souvenirs.
- Very simple breakfast provided. Although promotional picture can be misleading showing lots of food.

Cons:

- Blankets were quite thin - rooms provided with extra sheets rather than actual blanket.
- Room was quite old with broken mirror, very thin slipper, broken bedlight, But as a solo traveller - these were not concerning as they are not a necessity.

Pros:

El recepcionista atentó y nos ayudó mucho.
La ubicación es excelente porque está en pleno centro y a menos de 10 min del palacio topkapi.
Las habitaciones están bien, aunque se escucha todo el ruido de la calle y el tranvía que pasa justo por la puerta; tiene nevera y aire acondicionado. En el baño la presión del agua es excelente pero la luz escasa.
La limpieza se podría mejorar bastante.
El desayuno variado y muy bueno en una terraza increíble.
