Bir günlük konaklamam kısa olmasına rağmen oldukça keyifli geçti. Odam son derece temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı hem çeşitli hem de lezzetliydi.

Nada solo funciona bien el asensor

Cons:

Se traba la puerta y no la arreglaron, no cambian toallas ni sábanas, muy sucio, lámparas quemadas, sin mesas de noche ni veladores, el Placard roto, la heladera no funciona

La ubicación es realmente excepcional. Además, el chico que trabaja en recepción fue muy amable y, a pesar de todas las incidencias, hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos.

Cons:

Pagué una reserva con media pensión, pero únicamente recibí el desayuno, sin que se ofreciera ninguna solución. Hubo una evidente falta de comunicación entre el hotel y el restaurante. La primera noche nos asignaron una habitación más pequeña de lo esperado y, además, la televisión no funcionaba correctamente. La noche siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación, lo que generó más incomodidades durante la estancia

It’s very bad I don’t recommend it

I don’t like anything in the hotel

They don’t clean
No water and we go with a baby
The breakfast is poor and bad
The mattress was so dirty and my baby get pimples in all her body every thing was bad and they didn’t give us the the refund we book for 1week but we stay just 2 nights they take money for more 5days and when we leave the room they give it to another customers we call the police but they didn’t do anything I don’t recommend this hotel

كانت إقامة مريحة وجميلة بسبب موقع الفندق وأجواء اسطنبول الشتوية

الموقع بطل ويفوز أمامك محطة ترام جولهانة كان الموظفين محترمين تم تسليم الغرفة بوقت قياسي جدا - طبعا الجميع يعلم ان منطقة سركجي حيوية وجميلة ومنها كل شي قريب مثل البسفور والأسواق والمطاعم . المهم الفندق مناسب إذا لمدة ثلاث أربع أيام ، الغرف إذا شخصين وطفل مناسبة أكثر لا بتكون غير مناسبة ، النظافة وتنظيف الغرف يوميا ممتاز جدا ، المطعم متواضع وصغير والأصناف متواضعة ولكن توفي بالغرض وهو الفطور حتى وقت الغداء ، بالنسبة لي مرة ثانية وكنت لحالي مثل هذة المره راح انزل فية بسبب السعر والموقع وإذا تم تغيير السعر بالزيادة لا راح ابحث عن خيار آخر .

Sirkeci’de konakladığım bu otelden çok memnun kaldım. Konumu gerçekten harika; hem ulaşım çok kolay hem de tarihi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar tertemiz ve oldukça rahattı. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Kahvaltı da oldukça lezzetli ve yeterliydi. İstanbul’a tekrar geldiğimde gönül rahatlığıyla tekrar tercih ederim. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
