o hotel fica bem pertinho da praia, 10 minutos a pé do Straw Market, com algumas boas opções de restaurantes próximos. A equipe também foi muito simpática e atenciosa.
O hotel tem duas piscinas, o que evita ficar muito cheio.

Cons:

Tivemos um pequeno problema com a fechadura do quarto, que não estava funcionando no check-in, mas foi resolvido rapidamente.

Pros:

We recently stayed at the hotel and had an overall positive experience. While we did encounter an issue with our room upon arrival, the staff handled the situation professionally and promptly. They listened to our concerns, were very accommodating, and quickly arranged for us to move to a new room, which made the remainder of our stay much more comfortable.

We would also like to recognize Jodean for her outstanding service at the restaurant. She was friendly, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable dining experience. Her professionalism and warm personality truly stood out and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

We appreciate the efforts of the hotel team in resolving our concerns and providing excellent customer service. Thank you to Jodean and the staff for helping make our visit a pleasant one. We look forward to returning in the future.

My new spot every time traveling to Nassau.
Pros:

Customer serviceeeeeee. The location. The 6th floor view. Mixture of locals and tourist. You can see and smell the clean sea water. The maid service. The smiles and welcoming on entering the hotel.
