Pros:

The staff was exceptional. We were able to check in at 1pm instead of the usual check in time. The elevator was temporarily out of order, so a maintenance staff member carried our bags to the sixth floor for us.

The beds were very comfy and the room was relatively quiet.

Cons:

The location was central for what we wanted to see, so we had planned to walk most places, but this area is not pedestrian friendly. Taxis are readily available though.

Pros:

There was nothing special about the room. For the price, I think breakfast should be included.

Cons:

There was no USB outlet in the room. The tub is old also, the bathroom fixture fell apart in my hand .I had to call front desk to have it fixed. I found it frustrating after a nine hours flight from London. Could you have that archaic phone changed.
