We had an amazing vacation, and the biggest reason we’ll be coming back is because of the incredible staff especially Jodean, Natasha, and another wonderful team member whose name I unfortunately can’t remember.

They went above and beyond every single day to make sure our family was taken care of. They always checked that we had enough water for our daughter and, knowing she had been sick a few weeks before our trip and was going through a phase where she was afraid to eat and had become extremely picky, they made it a priority to make sure she ate something every day. Whether it was finding her a yogurt, some fruit, or a Danish, they never stopped checking on her. As parents, that meant more to us than words can express, and it’s something we will always remember.

The room itself was basic and a little on the small side, but it was clean and comfortable. The pools were great for our daughter, although one side of the main pool seemed to have filtration issues and the water wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The beach showers were also out of service about half the time, which was a bit inconvenient.

Despite those minor issues, we had the best vacation we’ve ever had. Junkanoo Beach being directly across the street was absolutely perfect and made the location unbeatable.

A heartfelt thank you to Jodean and Natasha for your kindness, compassion, and genuine care for our daughter. You made our vacation truly special, and because of you, we will absolutely be returning. We will never forget what you did for our family.

The courtyard MarriottThe Courtyard Marriott hotel I stayed at is located on Bay Street, a very busy street filled with activities for visitors. Whether you enjoy lively vibes or a laid-back atmosphere, the Courtyard Marriott is the place to stay. We stayed for three nights, and the receptionist who checked us in was Jasmin. She was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and of a good standard. They are affordable, offer an ocean view, and you can see the cruise ships arriving and departing daily. There is a breakfast buffet for a fee, or you can order a personalised breakfast. The food was flavorful and delicious. The service was exceptional; the staff were very helpful and assisted with anything needed. The servers, Ashauntae and Jodean, were pleasant and made us feel welcome. Since the hotel is located directly beside Bay Street, it can be a bit noisy at times due to traffic, but it does not interfere with relaxation or quiet time. There’s lots to do along the street—many shops are within walking distance, as well as fast food outlets such as McDonald's, Popeyes, Dairy Queen, Starbucks, and a craft market. There are also local market stalls and vendors selling local foods and drinks. We enjoyed our time here, although it was very short. The hotel gives you an island vibe, as it should, and I recommend it to families and couples. We enjoyed our stay, so thank you very much to the staff at Courtyard Marriott Nassau Bay Street. We’ll see you again.

My room was excellent and spacious, clean and not smelly, as for the beach I didn't use it, and i had breakfast outside the property

The experience here at Courtyard by Marriott was truly unforgettable. From you walk through the door upon arrival to leave for departure it has been nothing short of incredible and exemplary hospitality!

I hosted a 4 day workshop here at the conference room. We had guest that traveled from near and far. Abaco, Freeport, Barbados, Trinidad, St. Marteen, Spain and the United States. Our guest also stayed at the hotel while attending the workshop and they were pleased and impressed with the service and accommodations.

At the workshop, the food, the food, the food, the food was so good. The conference room, the bathroom the lounge area, everything was in place.
Chef Noel and his staff in particular Nico, Leslia and there was also (I can’t remember her name) a Jamaican staff member who came in and was very hardworking and helpful as well. To be honest every staff member that worked the event was incredible!!

What more can I say about the staff, I have no other words other than to say, this experience made me so proud to be a Bahamian. Just because our workshop got to experience Bahamian hospitality at its finest and best!
