Excelente ubicación, amplio y cómodo.
Pros:

La ubicación cerca del down town y con una playa típica enfrente.
La amplitud y comodidad .
El buen trato y la amabilidad del señor encargado de controlar en PB, más todo el personal de limpieza , y atención en buffet y bar

La cocina era excelente pero la demora en la entrega de los platos era siempre en promedio de 40 minutos , con pocas mesas ocupadas.. se iban las ganas ..

I like the fact that the hotel is in the middle of everything walking distance to a lot of eater Places beach access literally just crossed the street and you can also see the cruise lines dock at the port

I came earlier than the official check-in -in time and they let me go into the room early, and then they Let me check out late so I could check out before my flight!! Very kind and helpful!

Good hotel, noisey street, freezing cold pool.
Pros:

Excellent staff, good food, good location.

Cons:

Exceptionally noisy street beside the hotel. Trucks seem to have their exhaust sound proof system removed and drive up and down blasting their horns and reving their engines. Pool very cold. Crap coffee! Very very over priced.

We enjoyed our stay but felt that for the pice, the facilities could have been better.

Cons:

Our first room smelled like sewer and there was an industrial fan in the hallway that ran all night. I assume this section of rooms suffers from damp and are the last rooms to be booked. We were moved to a better room the next night. The hotel, while renovated, felt a bit dated and the rooms showed wear and tear. Beds weren't very comfortable not by North American standards.
