My new spot every time traveling to Nassau.
Pros:

Customer serviceeeeeee. The location. The 6th floor view. Mixture of locals and tourist. You can see and smell the clean sea water. The maid service. The smiles and welcoming on entering the hotel.

Cons:

Pros:

Great location across from the beach, clean atmosphere, great rooms, nice and attentive staff. Staff is 10/10. Conference food was delicious and I love the healthy options, hotel food was a bit limited and not the best.
Cons- boring, wasn't much to do or any entertainment, there's s split level under the carpet near the elevator that made me almost fall all the time when walking there, there was a nasty tile stain on the floor of my bathroom, you can literally hear everything outside your room door, wifi was the worst- too slow and sometimes not available.

Extra charge for incidentals not reimbursed after a week
Pros:

Good location and large room

Cons:

At check-in, the Courtyard charges an additional USD 100 for incidentals which has not been reimbursed over a week after check-out! This is super annoying and I wouldn’t consider this hotel again. Other hotels reimburse such charges straight away upon checkout as it should be!

Pros:

C'était mon 7 eme séjour de passage dans cet hôtel et j'ai pu constater au cours de 4 dernières années une réelle progression du site, de l'établissement et des équipements, ( rénovation progressive de l'établissement ) et surtout l'offre petit déjeuner et repas qui étaient quasi inexistantes il y a 3 à 4 ans, le personnel est toujours accueillants et serviables, la literie est exceptionelle par son confort, l'hôtel est à 5 mn à pied du centre ville et en face de la plage de Junkanno beach, je recommande pour un court séjour sur Nassau

The room was a very old room located on the old wing of the hotel. The tv didn’t work nor the safe

I liked the location of the hotel. I was able to walk to Arawak Cay for fish fry

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel was falsely advertised as a top value hotel but it was very old and dated.
