Hotel Santika Premiere ICE - BSD City

Needs to be refurbished and maybe some western food choices , staff very professional and polite

Perfect location for our conference opposite and wonderful staff

Room was quiet. The view ICE BSD is great. However i enjoyed the breakfast the most! It is hearty, with big flavour instead of bland taste from international hotels

The service slow, the faucet keep broken and the worst is found stone at my food

Its pleasant. The security at the basement always nice and have a good attitude

Housekeeping woke me up at 6am to retrieve the iron and ironing board which I borrow at 9pm the night before.

The check-in was terrible, way way under staffed w all d guests frm convention checking out.

No wifi, smell of smoke everywhere and just lyes every time with a smile. Even the manager said he knows about how bad the wifi is just no one seems to care. Have me a free meal and it was bad, also the beer always bad beer. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at !

Amazingly located and super convenient when attending events at ICE BSD! It makes a huge difference to have a clean and comfortable place to rest, shower and keep larger items safe (there is also a safe deposit box in the room). The only thing to note is the wash basin tap water smells in 912. The shower water is OK. There was also only one towel in the bathroom when the room is set up for two.

There were tremors and black-out in the area during our stay, so the hotel was fully packed with the residents from the nearby housing as the only the hotels and malls had electricity. Waited one hour for my request for an iron and an ironing board :( apart from that, the rooms were pretty specious and housekeeping was good. The breakfast spread was not too bad either. Had shuttle services to the really huge AEON mall which was about 7 minutes drive. The frequency is 2 hours apart though. Could make do with more frequent trips.

Nothing fancy but no complaints.. What I expected of a convention centre hotel.
There is a convenience store in the basement of ICE just outside the hotel and AEON mall is a 5-minute Grab/GoJek ride away

I feel at home in this hotel, the staff are wonderful and warm and they help you at a moment's notice, the food is magnificent....especially the bubur ayam and they even have jamu

In general, the staff were very obliging and friendly, and the food, in particular the breakfast was extensive and of a good standard. However, the rooms are dark and musty and there is rising damp everywhere. If the exhaust fan isn't on in the bathroom all night, there is a terrible smell in the morning. I got very sick while I was there and the rising damp did not help. One more thing: the Alaya Spa is not a spa. It is a noisy reception area with the television fully blaring. I had a massage there and I was taken into the tiniest room possible. The massage therapist was ok and very sweet but her technique was amateur and I had to ask her to turn the full, flourescent light off which was on most of the time. Next door, a bunch of people were laughing and talking loudly and there was no music to drown it out. Overall, probably the worst massage experience I've ever had.

I don’t like the towels. They should have looked whiter. I don’t like the smell in the room. Apart from that, they were all good.

good location, just next to ICE BSD which make it very convenient if you have to attend some events there

The room is dirty. The premier suite room is disappointing since it doesnt feel like a premier suite room. The room is expensive. The room service is terrible.

Deposit (Rp. 300.000) was not returned on the spot. The staff promised to transfer in two days but have not yet received the money back
