高級感が味わえるビジネスホテル
Pros:

ホテルがショッピング街にあり
いつものビジネスホテルよりも高級感があり
受付のスタッフさんも素敵な接遇で
気持ち良かったです。

お部屋も普段のビジネスホテルよりも広めで
ユニットバスも綺麗で
快適でした！

また機会があるときはぜひ利用したいです！！

とても立地の良い場所でしたが、冷蔵庫の一件でリラックスできるようなものではありませんでした。
Pros:

初めての神戸旅行でしたが、立地が良く、ほとんどの場所を短期間でまわることができました。

Cons:

部屋の冷蔵庫が全く冷えず、フロントに聞くと「もともと本ホテルの冷蔵庫は冷やすというより、保冷に近いものです」といわれました。このご時世、ホテルで冷蔵のできない冷蔵庫があるとは想定していませんでした。事前に分かるようにホームページなどで教えていただければ、こちらとしてもその準備ができたと思うので、とても残念でした。

場所も良く移動に便利で良い所でした
連泊でタオルの交換だけを依頼したところ、アメニティも全てこうしてもらえて、気持ちよく利用できました😊

Cons:

チェックインの時階段が急でスーツケースを運ぶのが大変、帰りはエレベーターがわかり利用できました。へやの冷蔵庫が全然冷えなくて
、その上音が大きくて良くなかった

いろんな所に殆どが歩いて行けました。

部屋の広さがも少し欲しかった。
