Pros:

host was lovely - nice & polite,good customer service. Room was nice and big. Nice location - quieter than central/ south (perfect for us) would come back again. Thank You

Cons:

bed was a bit squeaky but comfortable.Toilet made noises by itself but the rest of the stay was perfect

Nothing. It was horrible, unclean, looked like the carpets hadn’t been hoovered in months. The list goes on. We stayed for no more than 15minutes and then handed the keys back and left.

Cons:

Where to start. Carpets covered in bits, dirt and stains. Bedding was stained and looked like it hadn’t been changed. No hot water, holes in walls , wall paper hanging off walls, half the blinds missing, dirt all over cabinets some of it looked like blood, the list goes on and on.

Not pleasant.
Pros:

Room was decent size

Cons:

Bathroom was awful. Toilet had not been properly cleaned, under seat, around bowl. This would be the absolute hygiene minimum in my opinion. and frankly i did not dare use it!!
Room needs major face-lift
Flags flapping outside are loud and disturb sleep

As a photographer, I can say this is the perfect place for a photography trip.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was comfortable, spotless, and full of character. As a photographer, I found this place incredibly inspiring—it motivated me to capture many beautiful photographs during my visit. Perhaps it was the atmosphere of the room, or maybe the kindness and warmth of the friendly owners that made the difference.

Thank you for your hospitality. I will definitely be back and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and inspiring stay.

Was fine for the price paid
Pros:

Bed was comfy and clean bedding and towels
Cheap mid week stay
Had a fault on toilet not flushing this was sorted by the hotel once we informed them

Run whilst you can
Pros:

Nothing i didnt expect much for £35 but BASIC HYGIENE is a must !!!!!

Cons:

Everything!!!!! poor state off repair and was filthy dont recommend, i booked 2 suites on 2 seperate nights, and we cancelled the second night and book else where

Great staff, great location, great price and check out up to midday, I'd stay there again.
Pros:

I have stayed there before and the staff are really nice, the room was clean, comfortable, quiet and private. I traveled by Train and the distance to North Station is fantastic, a stones throw. Check out time up to Midday is great and I do wish it were more common among the hotel industry in general.

Cons:

The view from the window could have been better but at the price it isn't something of an issue. I'm really struggling to think of something else.

I never stayed, it needs a very good clean before they should take your money it’s a shocking business

There was nothing to like.

Cons:

When I arrived and got my key I went up towards my room and the place smelt sweaty so I went in to my room and it was dirty it had not been cleaned and the tv didn’t work so I booked another place wen I spoke to the owner he said he wouldn’t be getting a refund what I thought was very unreasonable why should I pay for a place that smells that’s not clean enough to stay in I would like a refund asap.
