Die Lage war toll, man müsste nur die Gäste auf die etwas schwierige Anfahrt hinweisen

Am ersten Tag war die Heizung ausgeschaltet, wir haben es erst Abends bemerkt und so kam erst an nächsten Tag jemand der sie eingeschaltet hat, war eine kalte Nacht aber wenigstens hatte wir warmes Wasser.
Wenn man einen Boiler einschaltet, könnte man sich vielleicht denken, das Ende März am Abend eine warme Wohnung angenehm wäre.
Im Angebot stand, das ein SAT -TV vorhanden sei, dieser war jedoch nicht angeschlossen und entgegen der Zusage des Personals kam niemand der ihn angeschlossen hat, hätte auch nicht funktioniert, da das Gerät überhaupt nicht SAT tauglich war

L'alloggio non era pronto: abbiamo trovato l'alloggio sporco, con diversi lavoretti di piccola manutenzione da fare (luce sul piano cottura fulminata, televisione non funzionante, box doccia rotto, passaggio sulle scale esterne non illuminato...), inoltre ci hanno avvisato solo in un secondo momento che avremmo dovuto fare noi il secondo letto(eravamo in 4), poiché la struttura ci offriva solo la biancheria da letto. Infine le foto pubblicate su Booking.com non corrispondevano all'alloggio fornito

Ruhig, erholsam mit einer schönen Aussicht.

Gefallen haben uns die Aussicht und die Ruhe.

Cons:

Folgende Ausstattung war mangelhaft: die Türen schleiften und man hat sie nur mit Mühe aufbekommen, das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab, der Föhn funktionierte nicht richtig, kein Licht draussen im Korridor.

Soggiorno stupendo, io e il mio gruppo abbiamo passato un ottimo capodanno in questo residence. Personale davvero disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. strada un po’ tortuosa per raggiungere la struttura ma niente di impossibile

Einrichtung zwar alt, aber funktional und alles vorhanden. Bein dem Preis auch völlig ok. Grandioser Blick über den See. Schöner Spaziergang in den kleinen Ort. Ausflüge eher mit Auto, aber alles gut erreichbar

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Die Lage ist wunderschön , mit herrlichen Aussicht auf den See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Jedoch sehr hellhörig.

Cons:

Sehr störend war jedoch ,dass man immer wieder starken Gasgeruch wahrnehmen konnte. Das wirkte nicht nur unangenehm sondern auch beunruhigend.

Terrasse und Ausblick, großes Apartment, netter Pool

Cons:

Kleine alte dreckige Dusche, keine frischen Handtücher, keine Mülltüten, es wird erwartet beim Check-Up alles selber abzuziehen und den Müll weg zubringen, enge Gebirgsstraße als Zufahrt,
Anbieter ist gehackt worden und hat sich null von sich aus gemeldet um das aufzuklären. Wir sind dadurch zu gesamt worden ( 7 Spam Nachrichten und sogar per WhatsApp)!

Ausblick extrem schön, sehr ruhig, Pool toll. Großes Apartment, großer Balkon, sehr freundliches Personal!!! Matti hat uns sogar einmal im Restaurant abgeholt!!!

Cons:

Ohne Auto sind die Entfernungen zu Restaurants, Strand zu weit entfernt.
