Great experience, thanks to Kelvin and Blessed.
Pros:

I made a mistake and booked the wrong dates. Kelvin and Blessed who worked at reception helped me to change it without me loosing my booking or being charged extra. They were super friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night, but would consider staying again. I was also worried about the cooler weather in Nairobi and if my room would be cold. But it was quite warm and had a very powerful hot shower.

Well Maintained Upscale Hotel with Great Service and Breakfast
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Gym is well equipped and big. Room is spacious

Cons:

You go to a different floor for your shower after the gym or you return to your room which is in separate building.

It was good, but bathroom, showers and sinks need more attention especially cleaning.
Pros:

The convenience to the place where I was having a workshop was great, security was also great

Cons:

The bathrooms' cubicles, taps, and floor need more cleaning and scrubbing. They can do better. They have a great facility, but cleaning needs to be enhanced. There are marks in the glass of the shower cubicles that could be cleaned and removed. The taps have water marks and can be cleaned well.

Gutes Gym obwohl sie es gerade umbauen.
