Pros:

Staff were very helpful,rooms very clean, had all the facilities we needed. We have been there 2 times now and we will be back . Thank you. Looking forward to stay in your new upcoming apartments 😀.

The staff were helpful and the food in the restaurant was good

Cons:

The hotel is under construction which we weren't told when we booked. There was a lot of banging and drilling during the day, especially around the pool area. Not the relaxing start to our trip we'd hoped for!

Very good valued stay for a couple of nights in a strategic part of Nairobi!
Pros:

The staff went above & beyond to accomodate my wishes, upgrading me to a better room! The bedroom was fantastic!

Cons:

The hotel has very old windows so it’s quite noisy from the street & construction site!

Prima hotel
Pros:

Prima kamer, fijne douche en goed bed. Fijn dat een late checkout mogelijk was.

Cons:

Er werd verbouwd op de locatie. Hierdoor veel herrie tussen 8.00 en 17.00. Daarvoor en daarna was het stil.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, nice location, quiet at night, easy to get ubers.

Cons:

A lot of construction going on when I was there, so lots of noise during the day and in particular around the pool. The bathroom also didn't have a door on it, only a curtain. So privacy is limited.
