Decent and safe stay for short business trips
Pros:

staff, airport pick up service, clean room, great for a business trip, location also is good

Cons:

next to a construction site that started at 08:00 am everyday, i didn't mind as it was same time of my wake up alarm :)
also we had to go a long way dragging our bags on a very inconvenient patio with several steps to climb in order to reach just the elevator

Un hôtel à potentiel mais à améliorer

La chambre spacieuse, le calme, l’amabilité du personnel du house keeping et de la manager du front office.

Cons:

Le Check-in et le manque de réactivité du personnel au front desk le soir de mon arrivée.
Arrivée tard à l’hôtel après un long vol, alors que j’avais bien précisé dans ma réservation que je voulais une chambre au calme et en étage supérieur, la réception m’a mise dans un studio au rez-de-chaussée, mal équipé, sans eau chaude, et où il faisait chaud. Pas du tout ce que j’avais réservé et de boeb moindre qualité que la chambre que j’avais réservée. J’ai dû insister, longuement auprès du fond desk pour avoir enfin la chambre que j’avais réservée. J’ai déménagé à 23h30 dans cette chambre et je trouve regrettable d’avoir eu autant de mal pour avoir ce que j’avais clairement réservé et déjà payé. Par ailleurs, le front desk ne m’a donné aucune facture de paiement de ma réservation lors du check Out. Un manque certain de professionnalisme, malgré la grande amabilité de la Front office manager qui a fait preuve d’effort pour assurer une bonne fin de séjour.

Customer care was low and the landline in the room didn't work. Some items were not in the room as well.. It was better the last time I was there... Don't know if it was the constriction works that disrupted the customer service
