Staff very friendly, helpful.

Cons:

Hotel needs to be updated. Food very average. Bread, bakery not fresh. As I stay few nights. Had breakfast, never get fresh bread. So much need to be improved in kitchen and restaurant need to be updated too.

Cons:

They were treating the swimming pool during the day so we could not use it. And some rooms are on the side of the bars (noisy at night during the weekend) and construction work during the day. We changed rooms for the second night. And the reception forget to wake us up as requested in the morning. The rest was fine.

Quaint but very loud
Pros:

Staff are friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is quaint and well located but I would not suggest staying there for the next ±12 months. They are renovating and between the jackhammers and generators you cannot actually spend time on site during the day. No forewarning and no compensation.

Pros:

Super friendly and efficient staff. The hotel has everything what is needed, including a great swimming pool and a good gym. Breakfast is also great.

The breakfast was great but the meals in the restaurant could be more diversified.

Très correct pour le prix
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, sur les hauteurs de Nairobi pas loin du centre administratif.
L'espace restaurant , bar et piscine est très agréable.

Cons:

Le lit un peu dur. Pas de climatisation, juste un ventilateur sur pied bruyant . Le petit-déjeuner à 22$

Das Frühstücksbuffet, die extrem schnelle Antwort auf Mails, dass das Personal auf meine Wünsche einging, die Sicherheit und die Sauberkeit waren top.

Cons:

Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden, die Wege sind nicht gut angeschrieben und dies sollte verbessert werden. Es sollte irgendwo im Zimmer ein Blatt geben mit den wichtigsten Punkten wie Frühstückszeit, Check-Out Zeit etc. Wenn man nicht mit einer sehr bekannten Person das Zimmer teilt ist es etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass das Badzimmer nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt ist.
