Pros:

Al llegar no tenían nuestra reserva, no hay buena limpieza, ni servicio, no reciben pagos con tarjeta y no son resolutivos. Valores súper altos y dicen que no los colocan ellos sino la aplicación, es decir, no se responsabilizan

Not worth the money
Pros:

When we arrived the hotel was unable to find the booking. Whilst at reception another guest was complaining their toilet didn't flush and their air conditioning didn't work. The receptionist was not welcoming and when we got to our room the sink had not been cleaned, the air conditioning was poor and the temperature of the shower was impossible to control. On our second day there was a cockroach in the room and until we asked for someone to come and help we were just given a can of 'raid'. We didn't swim in the pool and didn't see anyone in it. The water did not look clean enough. This hotel is not worth the number of stars given on the site.

Pros:

The hotel could not find out reservation we made months earlier. Took an hour to get a room, they kept asking us what agency we had used and looked confused when we told them we had made our own reservations on the web. (and we speak Spanish!) Quality of room was barely adequate, towels were threadbare, air conditioning worked, but was very loud. Bathroom was very dated, but fairly clean at least.The breakfast was only OK, not a great variety. scrambled eggs every morning with a bread option and some fruit.

The only good things were the location and the pool.
