Gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, Service diesmal nicht so gut
Pros:

Wir waren schon öfters im Felix Kaufbeuren und es ist alles solide wie immer. Schneller Check in, gutes Frühstück, Nähe zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Nach dem Frühstück und vor der Check Out Zeit funktionierten beide unsere Key Cards fürs Zimmer nicht mehr. Wir mussten dreimal zur Rezeption gehen, bis sie endlich funktionierten. Auch wenn das passieren kann, hätte ich zumindest eine Entschuldigung seitens des Personals erwartet. Stattdessen bekam ich böse Blicke, weil ich sie offensichtlich bei ihrem eigenen Frühstück gestört hatte. Es war alles gut, aber hier kann man dem Kunden etwas freundlicher entgegenkommen.

Frühstück sehr gut, Personal super nett.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht überall sauber, Haare in der Dusche und im Waschbecken. Zimmer war eiskalt und nicht geheizt, da Heizkörper ausgeschaltet war. Nach Aktivierung alles gut. Waschbecken im Wohnraum, was aber neutral zu bewerten ist. Ich hatte ein Zimmer an der Straße, wo der Verkehr schon zu hören war. War aber erträglich.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das reichhaltige Frühstück - vor allem die knackigen Brötchen.
Auch eine super Lage.
Direkt am Bahnhof und ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt.

Cons:

Rezeptionist war sehr unfreundlich. Beim check in sagte er uns, dass die Bar bis 23:00 Uhr besetzt sei. Als wir um 22:15 Uhr ins Hotel zurück kamen wurden wir nicht einmal als erstes Begrüßt sonder was der Rezeptionist sofort sagte war: „ die Bar ist schon geschlossen „ Also wir in Österreich begrüßen zuerst die Gäste.

Nice hotel, like the "vibe" :)
Pros:

I really loke the vibe of this hotel, really nice! Breakfast was very good! The people were also nice, very helpfull!

Cons:

The parking lot was not free, and it was very crowded, I needed a lot of time to find a place. Then, the room was too cold for my liking.
