Great Hotel, Restaurant, and Facilities
Pros:

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Good room, excellent services and facilities. I tried the japanese restaurant Kunoichi and it was very delicious. I also tried lunch at Kemuning Restaurant here, and two thumbs up for the Soto Tangkar Iga. The ribs was very tendered and the soup was really rich in flavour. Really enjoyed my staycation here. The location was also very strategic and they also have shuttle car so we can go anywhere we want easily

Pros:

I like the hotel swift and smooth check in and check out. Travelling with family, we arrived 2 hrs early than the standard check in time, but were allowed to check in early. This very helpful since we are travelling with elderly and two children. The Aircon in the room also work very well, the fridge actually is working which is very good.

Feels like staying at three star hotel

Four star hotel feels like thee star.
Feels like staying at ibis, you dont provide bottled water. Berdalih ramah lingkungan untuk efisiensi.
Hanya disediakan pitcher untuk ambil air minum di koridor?? Thats Ridiculous.
No corn flakes at cereal station, cappucino only for long stay guest, sautes vegetables & chicken was overcooked, 9:10am the Hot meals was gone. You put "roasted chicken" for spicy Indonesian grilled chicken. No option if people dont eat spicy.
I only can eat miso Soup, sunny side up, & cut fresh fruits. Very lack breakfast menu.
And old fashion tv LCD when other hotel at the same level changed to smarttv.

The Facility must be maintenance check before guess come, Make sure that facility ready for guess stay

Cons:

I was disappointed when I was about to enter the room after breakfast, suddenly the room key wouldn't open, and I reported to the front office twice to fix the card to open the door. But the door still wouldn't open.
And I asked the front office staff to send someone to open the door. The maintenance came, but it took a very long time, more than 10 minutes. And after they arrived, they also didn't bring any tools that could be used to open the door, so they had to go back to the maintenance room to get the tools to open the door.
After I waited a long time maybe more than 10menutes again, finally the maintenance person came bringing tools to unlock the malfunctioning door.
