Cons:

Throughout the night, construction activities in front of the hotel created a disturbance that affected our sleep. The noise ceased only after we contacted the management to express our concerns.

Outstanding hospitality, excellent facilities, and a perfect location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and everything was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the warm welcome we received made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Me hospedé allí para poder ver la final de la Champions. Y no abrieron el bar, ni la TV por cable tenía suficientes canales nadie del personal pudo ayudarme y el internet iba sencillamente fatal

Pros:

ルーフトップバーが最高に気に入り毎日訪れました。お部屋も広くて内装も美しく、夕陽が差し込みとてもきれいでした。レストラン・ルームサービスも質、量ともに素晴らしく、リーズナブルで大満足です。隣にスーパーがあって便利。

Cons:

強風という土地柄仕方ないのですが、ドアが夜通しガタガタ音を立てていました。しかしこれは仕方ありません。ジャフナの特徴を体験したということです。

Would highly recommend Jetwing Jaffna - the bbq on the Sunday night was amazing!
