Comfortable stay in Jaffna
Pros:

Nice small chain hotel in the center of Jaffna. Easy walk to most things. Accommodating staff. Very relaxing rooftop bar with views over the city. Very strong a/c and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Long desk but no chair in the room...perhaps the baggage rack was meant to be seating? My room at least needed a good sprucing.

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious.
The rooms are clean and quiet.

Cons:

The pillows and pillows cases were clean but smelled stale. The pillows need to be replaced regularly, or dry cleaned, and the pillows cases need to smell fresh.

Great staff but not ideal as we were not where we booked
Pros:

They had made a mistake with our booking and we were asked to move to the Jetwing Mahesa Bhawan which is more of a small boutique villa.

Staff at the villa were incredible otherwise we would not have been so comfortable.

Cons:

Not what we booked on Booking.com so a little annoying.

Not clean. Restaurant pricey. Need a fresh look. Room bed and bedding looks old. Even the carpet is old and dusty looking.

High end stay but could be improved.
Pros:

Reception staff very welcoming. Rooms good size. Rooftop bar and views. Restaurant very good. Good location close to fort, bus station, market, banks, shopping centre.

Cons:

En-suite small. Minor maintenance issues in rooms. Some restaurant staff seemed a little uninterested. (But food good)
