chambre bruyante, difficile de se reposer quand vos voisins de chambre font du télétravail de nuit, on entend tout, tv, tousser, parler et mmmm

Locatie was erg goed. Personeel was oke. Heben in 2 kamers geslapen eerste was een donker hol. Op verzoek kunnen verhuizen naar kamer met glazen deuren zodat er indirect licht uit de buitengang naar binnen kwam. Ruime maar stoffige kamer. Sanitair was voldoende maar kon wel wat schoner. Bed was groot maar erg slecht de springveren waren zo nadrukkelijk aanwezig dat je telkens moest draaien om geen pijn te krijgen.

When I booked I expected breakfast to be included it was part of the deal - but it was not provided.

I rely on wifi - it was supposed to be part of the deal - there was no wifi.

Free water was provided on day 1 but never replenished as promised.

So I ended up paying for breakfasts, paying for water and foregoing wifi.

Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht der Beschreibung. Zudem sollte man vermeiden, die Zimmer im EG zugewiesen zu bekommen. Teilweise sehr abgewohnt. Dennoch bemühte man sich um Sauberkeit. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zum Schlafen ok - mehr nicht.

Noisy at lower floor due to timber flooring at second level , not an issue for me , i drink every night lol .

一共入住4晚，第3晚廁所門上面漏水...
跟receptionist 講完，他們只顧樓上房間的情況，完全沒有理會我們！
直至我們問如何安排，他們才安排旁邊的房間（3號房間）給我們
3號房間很舊，跟4號房間完全不同😓
3號房間在酒店廚房旁邊，所以早上有很濃油煙味 & 曱甴！
昨晚問前台可否留到晚上7點checkout...
我們可以加錢多留7小時，但他們表示可以免費讓我們晚上7點checkout...
剛剛吃完午餐回去時卻表示有客人預約房間...要求我們半小時check out!他們會安排另外的地方給我們
我們checkout後卻表示所有房間已經full,並叫我們可以把行李放在他們前台旁邊的地方，晚一點再拿行李離開!
我們不介意多付1天的房錢，但第一次遇見這樣的情況...

Staff was helpful and accommodating.
Facilities are clean and comfortable.

Good location. Walking distant to many good restaurant and tourist spot. Good exchange rate. No need to roam around to check for rate. Found out hotel rate is not bad.

Avoid this mess.

The property location is OK and amenities are consistent with other hotels but there were many problems. The manager made some attempts to address problems but it felt like he was in over his head.

- it’s old and sound proof is not that great.

The guesthouse is 2 star but the staff are 4 star
They are very attentive and trying their best to serve customers in a 2 star facility

I'm happy with service and for the value.

Overall a worthwhile place to put your head down at the end of a long journey!

ナイトマーケットの入り口で降ろしてもらって、sakkaline.Rdを王宮博物館を左手にワットシェーンに向かって徒歩5分位歩いたところにあります。途中で2回程ツアー会社の人に聞いても知りませんでした。
部屋は小ぎれいで、朝食（フルーツ盛合せ/温かい卵料理/サラダ/フレッシュジュース/コーヒー）や水もついています。WIFIも普通に使えました。
英語で、朝の托鉢/朝市場/竹橋/プーシーノ丘等の簡単な説明もしてくれました。
予約が入らないと少しずつ値段を下げるようで、直前に予約した方がよいかもしれません。
ナイトマーケットからも徒歩数分で、値段もリーズナブルなのでお勧めです。

ヴィラとホテル名に入っていたので多少独立している部屋を想像していまいたが、イメージと違いました。スタッフは親切で朝食も美味しいです。ルアンパバーンのレストランが集中している場所やナイトマーケットからは少しだけ離れていますが、歩いてすぐです。タオルやシャンプー、石鹸等のアメニティはありますが、歯ブラシやカミソリ、綿棒などはありませんでした。ツアーや近くの都市へのバスなどの申込みも出来そうでした。チェックアウト時に空港までのトゥクトゥクを手配してもらいました。
