I had a good stay at this hotel. The price is reasonable for a few nights .. you can walk to the beach in 45 mins.. grocery stores close by and the mall…
I would stay again if you are looking to a budget hotel just to sleep

The location of the property was great as it was quite close to the mall in the city centre.
The room was very basic but had a bed, shower and toilet. If you are going to be sightseeing all day then it’s just what you need. The staff were lovely and cost for the week was low. The photos on the site must be old photos as mine were taken last week of room 305.
No bulbs in the lamps or casing on the lights.
Quite a noisy part of town to stay in but it depends what you want from your stay.

If you are on a strict budget and you do not have any other choice then you may choose this property. The location is the only good thing that I can confidently name cause it is literally situated in the heart of the city center where you have an access to the most of the touristic attactions. Because of the budget issue, visitors or guests are gathered by really "questionable people". I have experienced so many risky and horrible cases next to my room caused by visitors. On the other hand the staff are just there to follow up the payments and handover the keys. Nothing more. None of the hotel staff reached to the upper floors and reacted during incidents happened midnight hours. I know I was sleepless so many nights because of the fear that I faced a few nights in a row.
