Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating. We were very early and the staff found a room for us about 4 hours before check in and didn’t charge for the early arrival. The breakfast was delicious, healthy, and had a nice variety of items for Western tastes and local foods. We enjoyed the pool and our view of the pool from our room.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful! The bed is plush and very comfortable compared to all other hotels I stayed in Thailand this trip. Some people may find this hotel far from the activities but I do not mind. I walk everywhere to get some exercise and catch a tuk tuk back to the hotel. Hope to come back with the family next time. Thank you! ขอบคุณค่ะ

Pros:

Bra moderne Superior Room med utsikt til Mekong River. Veldig gode senger og helt stille om natten. Frokost noe under gjennomsnittet men okay. Flott beliggenhet langs Mekong og gangavstand inn til sentrum og Naga. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Har boet på dette hotel flere gange, og har altid fået en god behandling og service af personalet….
Hvis jeg skal sige noget de gerne må gøre bedre, så skulle det være morgenmaden.
Men det er ikke noget der er så vigtigt for mig, så har ikke indflydelse på min samlede mening om dette hotel.

Older, but still the best
Pros:

Best hotel in NP even though it’s not the newest one. Bathrooms have been upgraded with nice larg3 walk-in showers. One word of caution though: the shower floors are very slippery when wet and require guests to be very careful to not fall. Breakfast is fine, but could be improved by adding more variety of fruit, e.g. pineapple.

Beau hôtel tranquille, il est très propre et le service des staffs sont excellents. Il est a 10 a 15 minutes de marche du Naga Monument. Je recommande très fortement cette hôtel.

Very nice stay.
Pros:

This is a nice hotel with very comfortable bed and great modern and beautiful bathroom. My room had a great view of the river. The place was quiet and nice. Great breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

I quite like the view and facility at the property , swimming pool is wonderful , we enjoyed swimming perfectly , but to disappointed with the keycard spare I only got one and I lost it somewhere in the hotel after breakfast I wanted to go back to the room and I asked front desk for another keycard and they didn’t provide but only just asked bellboy to opened the door for us , unfortunately we need the keycard to activate the electricity , then they got the housekeeping keycard for me and ask me to give it back to the housekeeping by myself I cannot even give it to the front when checking out :((( poor service here indeed . I wish they improve for the staff knowledge in somehow.
