Chambres rénovées... en quelle année ?
Pas de douche : baignoire avec pomme de douche... sans rideau.
Support serviettes à moitié arraché.
Service inexistant : accueil ouvert seulement 3 heures / jour. Que faire en cas de problème ?
Parkings gratuits alentour pleins en journée. Aucune indication sur les endroits où on peut se garer. il faut chercher.
Il faut deviner que pour avoir de la lumière et du courant dans la chambre, il faut insérer la carte dans l'appareil au mur...
En partant, on fait quoi de la carte ?

The attendant was rude, charged us more than agreed with booking.com for the same number of people.
Pros:

The location was nice, in the square and walking distance to most places in town. We read previous reviews and opted to walk to Lidl to get our breakfast, and there is a nice coffee place around the corner as well.

Cons:

The property charged us more than we agreed with booking.com, for the rooms and the same number of people, before we received the keys to the rooms. The person attending told us to leave and "go away" if we did not like it. Finding another hotel in such as short notice was not an option, else we would have done so. Working with booking.com to get the difference of our money back.
No shower curtains in the bath tub/shower which made it dangerous when getting out of the shower. Nothing to put on the floor to step on. The bathtub did not have a water stopper, which meant we could not use the bath.

We were charged visitor tax for 8 people, although we were 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). No hand soap. It was a last minute booking, few places were available.

Pros:

Ottima colazione base (Cappuccino, cornetto, pane, burro, marmellata e succo d'arancia, servita dal Gentilissimo Signore che era al bar sotto l'albergo.

Un hôtel sympa en plein centre de Toul.
Pros:

Le charme désuet de la chambre. Un hôtel à l'ancienne, confortable et simple. Un accueil sympathique et un petit déjeuner parfait.

Cons:

Les équipements de la salle de bain sont dépassés et peu fonctionnels.

Pros:

Hotel gelegen boven restaurant in het centrum van Toul, prachtige plek! Ontbijt beneden verkrijgbaar in restaurant. Kamer schoon, met mooie badkamer.
Personeel in restaurant vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Parkeren op 300m op grote parkeerplaats.

Cons:

Een lange trap voert je naar de kamers boven, prima voor de gezonde mens!
