A little tired in the bedroom although bed was very comfortable and spacious. Very clean
It was nice but it was cold cus the radiator did not work
It was too cold, the radiator was broken, a temporary one was provided but it was too small for the room

Very pleasant stay, great location for our purpose. Room was spacious and clean. Dinner was very good, although the menu was very limited. Breakfast was fully self service on the Sunday and menu based on the Monday. The food and service was good.
The grounds offer a decent walk round with nature all around.
The fridge in the room (321) was very noisy (noticed more at nigh) and I had to get housekeeping to switch it off, this was done promptly. There was also a separate noise that occurred for 24 hours and occurred approx every 5 minutes and lasted about 10 seconds. It sounded like either a pump or motor of some kind, it was loudest in the bathroom. Again more prominent at night.
Comfortable, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to find.
Lighting in the room -too dim.
Nice location and comfortable
Nothing not to like
Strålande - gott med en full english!!
No proper breakfast service, only self service, which didn't correspond with the price of the room and hotel standard.
The room contained no information whatsoever about the hotel nor the area. No menus, bar & restaurant hours, checkout time, room service, pet restrictions, nothing.
Some of the room fixtures and fittings were old/stained/broken (eg: dresser, lampshades, bathroom mirror). No net curtain on window, so curtains had to be permanently closed for privacy, particularly from dog walkers.
Although the hotel claims to be pet friendly, areas are restricted.
The location is lovely, quite rural, but close to Altrincham and Knutsford. The gardens are a real pleasure to walk around. The staff were very helpful and efficient. A very nice stay, and we would be very happy to have another stay.
Genteel hotel in beautiful surroundings. Staff were accommodating and efficient.
Over the last few years I’ve stayed at the Mere Court Hotel on many occasions - and for good reason too!
I always find staff to be helpful, friendly, accommodating and nothing is ever too much trouble.
I had the pleasure of reserving the Presidential Suite on this particular day and it’s nothing short of phenomenal I must say!
The room itself is luxurious throughout, extremely spacious with a grand four poster feature bed, fluffy bath robes, a large jacuzzi bath tub (I could have fit in thrice over) and a wide range of amenities adding to the enjoyment of my stay.
There is also a relaxing seating area over looking the forefront of the grounds, which I found to be a very nice touch indeed!
The building dates back to 1903 and has retained its Grand Edwardian country house charm! Wonderful stuff :)
Thank you again, my stay was absolutely divine.
Much appreciated!
