Beautiful luxury hotel tucked into a quiet village
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel tucked away in a quiet little town. It is very luxurious, from the complementary bathrobe to the decorative throw pillows. Our window and our delicious breakfast had a view of a lovely garden.

Cons:

We have a friend who lives nearby and gave us a ride to the hotel. It would be challenging to get there without a car as there is not train station in the town nor do I think public transportation would take you there.

Pros:

Lovely small hotel, friendly helpful staff, comfortable, clean room, great breakfast. There is a lovely outside sitting area, and you can use the facilities at the Hydro.

I felt really comfortable and at home. I would definitely return.
Pros:

Nice room, good food and really pleasant staff. The parking was secluded and safe.

Murraypark Nightmare
Pros:

Cons:

The outside definitely lets the hotel down, broken bins culletering the carpark,dirty ashtrays and seating needed replacing.
The inside is very old and not clean.
Staff were inexperienced and Just one lady running the Reception and the bar.

Breakfast was very good,big choice . Very hot. Staff very attentive keen to offer more coffee/tea toast etc. Also didn’t feel rushed to finish. A very good experience all round.

Fabulous food and welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for us.
Pros:

Lovely staff, great location, fabulous food, plenty of parking, well equipped room and comfortable communal seating areas. Very welcoming to dogs.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was too warm. We turned off the towel rail in the bathroom, opened the windows, but the radiator in the room wouldn’t turn off. So we were far too warm and didn’t sleep well. Rest of the stay was perfect.

Hotel right on the loch, plenty of parking. Lovely room, comfy bed, good shower, spotless. Short, easy walk into Fort William. Nice breakfast. Everything we needed

Great small hotel with wonderful food .
Pros:

A very personal hotel, with great food and service . Only a 5 minute walk to the Hydro where you can enjoy lots of activities . We would highly recommend it

Only one negative - the main areas were sometimes a little chilly .
