Pros:

Excellent service from staff. Recieved a call on the day before to confirm check in time, and to provide directions, location pin etc. Very good attention from staff enquiring about cleaning the room and meals. Very close to AIIMS and Safdarjung hospitals.

My stay here was pleasant and i can recommend it without any doubt.
Pros:

Service at this hotel was excellent especially, all the staff were most welcoming and they treated me very well.

Cons:

Slightly older rooms though cleanliness was excellent

The staff were friendly and helpful. the location is good, near the metro and plenty of autos available.

Cons:

Even after a confirmed booking, they expected us to reconfirm 24 hours before (which was not mentioned in any communication). we were in transit and we could not call them back. So we thought that we would lose our booking. this lead to considerable stress. Assuming that we will not turn up (despite indicating a late check-in time), they gave our room to another person, so on the first night we got a smaller room. no refund was made for one night in a smaller room as they said we booked through booking.com.

Suited my purpose. Fair value for money
Pros:

Good location for a business trip. It is in Safdurjung Enclave close to AIIMS.
There is no dining room, service is fair and the food average
