This is my absolute favorite place to stay in GR! So easy to get to anywhere downtown and be within walking distance! The rooms are always amazing! The staff is always friendly and accommodating!

Great hotel experience in a busy city!
Pros:

Great downtown location, parking ramp accessible without going outside. Lots of original wood floors, exposed brick walls. Staff was exceptional as was the breakfast, which was far beyond the typical hotel buffet!

Overall my stay was a 9/10.
Pros:

The hotel itself was great! The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was phenomenal. He went out of his way to upgrade us to a room with a nice view of downtown. The only amenities we took advantage of were the pool and complementary breakfast, both of which were great. The location of hotel was phenomenal. Nestled right downtown it was just a short walk to Van Andel Arena which was our nights destination. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanted to stay in downtown Grand Rapids!

Cons:

The only downside of this hotel was that you had to pay for parking. It was $38 for a single day of parking, that seems outrageous for a $200 single night room.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The room was large, very comfortable and very clean! The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was included and delicious!
