Never again, protect your belongins if you stay there, is very easy to access from the balcony

Cons:

Personel who attend us, was not friendly, no toilet paper in the unit, the toilet was stucked and in the morning we saw someone on the balcony spying on us. Overall very sad for this. Also they state that we did not stay there, when we clearly stay.

Pros:

It was a very nice place and close to the historic city of Cuenca. It was a very spacious and clean place.

Cons:

The laundry wasn't accesible. Also, the TV was small and far from the bed.

Great apartment for it’s price
Pros:

Nice and clean apartment near the city center, apartment has all the facilities for a pleasant stay. Apartments are pet friendly, which is a big advantage. We also liked that the parking is private and closed, so the car does not stay outside. The staff is attentive and ready to help any time.
